Finally made it to the end, this has been an absolute blast to play! The fusion mechanics add a lot of depth and the sidequests (for the most part) do a great job of giving you more to do in each area while rewarding you with some really cool stuff for going out of your way to do them. Beyond that, the custom spriting community this game has are really cool and deserve way more praise, they've done a great job at adding even more life to the game. Looking forward to doing the post-game too!

The sandbat basically swept the elite four with swords dance and earthquake/acro. Considering that thing is a trade from early on in the game, it served me well. Massively enjoyed the fusion aspect anyway, the ninetails/venusaur is awesome as it has drought. Moveset is flamethrower/solarbeam/growth/synthesis. Normally used to standard romhacks, this is my first rpg maker 'hack' but it's awesome 🙂

It's only weakness was fairy, and since there's barely any fairy type threats in IF it was the best stall pokémon and easiest switch. I just threw it in and used hypnosis, then swapped it out.
