Vision was a great DPS, Omen was an investment that paid off AMAZINGLY in the elite 4, Oracle was our secret weapon when things went bad, Mystical and Radar had much needed coverage, and Angel… was great in the early game!

Yeah Lol I accidentally discovered it and thought it was funny so I kept it

10th run (!), 9th monotype (Dark)

Arcanine/Absol: Fairy answer #1. Swords Dances and punches holes with STAB Flare Blitz + Sucker Punch and Extremespeed. Frail (even with Intimidate oftentimes) and not really fast enough to make up for it which is why I relied heavily on priority moves.
Milotic/Tyranitar: Sets up Coils, heals up with Recover and rolls over the enemy team with STAB Aqua Tail and Crunch. Strong even before setting up and very bulky. Demolished most of Bruno and the champion's teams just by setting up on their leads.
Togekiss/Sharpedo: Fighting answer #1. Coverage demon with Speed Boost. Ended up going STABs plus Flamethrower and Ice Beam, though Surf probably would've been better than the latter.
Volcarona/Greninja: Starter and MVP. Protean is a crazy ability and this fusion has the stats and very wide coverage to abuse it. Bug Buzz, Surf and Psychic don't have a lot that resist all 3. Also has Quiver Dance in case I think it can get away with boosting.
Honchkrow/Aerodactyl: Bug/2nd Fighting answer. I'm a sucker for recoilless recoil moves, and this one didn't disappoint. STAB Brave Bird and Crunch, along with Earthquake and Iron Head was what I settled on. Fast glass cannon, though it does have decent HP.
Umbreon/Weezing: Everything answer. 85/116/110 bulk, Dark/Poison typing with Levitate for no weaknesses, Toxic, Moonlight and Throat Chop off of an actually sort of respectable attack stat lets it 1v1 pretty much anything. If it can't for some reason, it can always Parting Shot out to something else.

Finished a second randomized/balanced nuzlocke, this one on mobile. No deaths during the elite four, so that was cool.
Gyrados/Kingler - The juggernaut of the group, the attack stat didn't disappoint. With intimidate and dragon dance, they were near unstoppable throughout the entire run.
Volcarona/Slowbro - The special attacker of the team. They joined the team near the end of the run, but they could tank hits with slack-off, and then sweep with quiver dance and stab.
Noivern/Pidgeot - Was great in the first half of the run, but fell off quite a bit afterwards. They could take a hit and recover with roost, and Stab+acrobatics was vital in the right scenarios.
Slaking/Charizard. - Being an all-rounder with great attack, they were staple throughout the run with slash+yawn+slackoff. Ironically didn't use much of at all during the elite four, but this mon played a big part in the success to getting there.
Rhyperior/Milotic - The other bulky attacker of the group, could hit for good damage while taking hit back and staving off the damage with recover. Biggest moment was solo'ing the triple-fusion fight (with Choice scarf+Rock slide), they were the most consistently great mon on the team.
Ferrothorn/Unown - Also a late joiner, it was more-or-less a worse ferrothorn. Still, a ferrothorn is a ferrothorn; Iron barbs+Rocky helmet carried this mon in fights, and was vital for certain matchups.

Of which there are two, and both are only Stellar-type when used by Stellar-type Pokemon. Offensively, Stellar-type is only super effective against Terastallized Pokemon.

(Side note, they should add Helioptile and Heliolisk to the game to make an anti-Normal fusion possible)

(i know i was informed on the aegislash/furret being fire emblem, but to me (being one who has not kept up with the lore and games), i still think it is good to name it Excalifur, due to no clue how to furret pun a falchion. also the shield reminds me more of an infinity gauntlet, so yeah. i don't hate fire emblem, i just have a lack of knowledge, and you can't stop me putting infinity stones in a shield! as she was at elite 4 waiting to go in for over a week, decided to complete her run before i forget. which was completed right after the furret run yesterday.
anyway, Kaylene is Matt's older sister (matt's run is up there on this chat channel somewhere) and after her having her starter be banette/gardevoir and getting umbreon/ariados, i had zero clue where to go from there, so i just started throwing in somewhat random pokemon.
banette/gardevoir (as a member of Puppet Master, this is her puppet like pokemon)
ariados/umbreon (mostly used for stealth operations and kidnapping)
Lurantis/meganium (i threw in some sort of flower)
lycanroc/ampharos (wolf in sheep clothing)
lanturn/milotic and gyarados/charizard (she has a pirate ship and has gone sailing)

(the whole theme changed for the run from gambling to more of she seems innocent, but is actually helping an organization destroy the Five Towers and take over a region. i'm going to redo Kaylene's, Matt's, and Brynn's runs when pif hoenn comes out, including a few others from hoenn. currently working on Brynn's run if she is in kanto instead of hoenn)

Another fun run with very restricted options, required some puzzling with fusion combos.

due to reasons, i did a rock type run and due to other reasons, i can't take more than six pokemon to elite 4. strategy was to have a levitating rock that could learn venoshock for misty's gym including finding a grass rock to fight her too. then kept graveler's ground typing for surge, some poison including lairon/magneton for erika, volcarona/lileep to annoy koga, sabrina got a taste of leafeon/lycanroc-night, blaine is never safe from rocks, and i was fortunate the battle went down to aerodactyl vs his snorlax/rhydon. giovanni wasn't that easy, which is expected of him.
as for a bonus which i got lucky on, it was raining on kindle road before i fought giovanni in mt ember and got lucky catching feebas. joined team rocket after obtaining all 8 badges to get diancie.
Regirock/gengar (despite being a legendary, quite frail to water attacks)
golem/hypno (was thinking of hunting down an espeon, but there are not a lot of special attack rocks, so i kept him)
absol/lycanroc-day (needed something to annoy agatha with)
Milotic/diancie (if my rival had a braincell, he would have hit her with a thunder punch instead of waterfall)
cradily/volcarona (with questionable wings!)
aurorus/gardevoir (lance hates me for beating him up again with her)

First time playing Remix Mode, playing a Nuzlocke with a Theseus Ship system. When a Pokemon dies, the older half of the fusion leaves and is replaced with a randomly selected Pokemon from my catch box. It's interesting to trace back the lineage of my Pokemon from time to time. The wheel randomly selecting Slaking for Spiritomb shortly before the 8th gym was so lucky. I tried to hold him back for the Elite 4, but solo'd Lance and the Champion with him after Lapunny and Garbray died in the earlier fights.

So to do something different, I did an all fused run. Every wild pokemon was fused and I could only catch one on each route. If it was a repeat, I could reroll. However, I could not unfuse, reverse fuse, change the natures, or abilities. I also had gym types randomized

The Beast (Unown/Delphox) - Recieved from a Premium Wondertrade and the name was too funny to change; did, in fact, become an actual beast
Zenith (Zekrom/Rayquaza) - When my friend and I picked custom starters to start the run this was one of the coolest models I saw on Pokinder and I really wanted to use it
Polaris (Umbreon/Noivern) - Another model I saw on Pokinder and thought it was too cool not to have, especially since Noivern is one of my favorites
Silver (Volcarona/Arcanine) - I wanted a cool fusion for Volcarona to fit the team, and when I saw the model for this goodest boy I knew I had to use the big fluffer
Ignis (Moltres/Gyrados) - After catching the legendary birds and looking at some of their combinations I stumbled across this Legend of Zelda dragon that I really wanted to use

I didn't use him in my entire playthrough of the run, I just leveled him and used him in the final battle because I wanted him to show in my Hall of Fame mons

Blissey/Torkoal is broken. I went with drought and leftovers running toxic, eruption, solar beam, and soft boiled almost solod three e4 members in remix (hard)
Found a full odds shiny Mawile very early and grinded the diglett cave until i got myself a beldum, basically just a mawile with better stats and a few extra moves to snag. Boring but pretty and solid.
Found a full odds shiny marill and created a monster. I usually avoid huge power mons because it's low key too easy to be busted but with the shiny i ripped it anyways. Spore and Belly drum to set up, drain punch and aqua jet to nuke anything and either heal to full or get priority

Welp. I did a nuzlocke. Of the Remix Mode. what an absolute hellscape this run was, and I don't feel proud of what it took to beat the E4 and Champion, but a win is a win. Only two Pokemon made it through to the end.

Famine (Snorlax/Scolipede): One of the two surviving members, and arguably one of the most useful. He had Belly Drum, and was very bulky. By the end of the E4, most of my team had died, so I resorted to Belly Drum with healing as a big fuck you to my rival.
All-Knowing (Articuno/Spiritomb): The other survivor, but honestly he didn't do much. Kind of a last minute addition, but he helped enough against Loreli and Lance. And any help was good help.
Rock'n'Roll (Moltres/Raichu): Died against Lance, when his Noitrio switched in. Nothing that could have been done. She honestly did little to nothing against the E4 which sucks because I really loved her design. Maybe in another life.
Gearlo (Klingklang/Lickylicky): Died against Bruno's Heraldo, which had used Close Combat. I didn't think about a fighting type move and honestly I should have. He was a major help for the second half of the game when I had a huge chunk of my team die in the Fighting Dojo, and he stayed very useful. I probably should have kept Gear Shift instead of Swords Dance, but decisions were made. You did great, my funny pastry making guy.
Chapound (Gyarados/Chesnaught): My starter. This hurt so much. He died Agatha's Hydcruel, which used Venoshock when I failed to remember to deal with Toxic Spikes. It hurt so much. He was with me for the entire game, and was a massive carry with a bulky moveset with stuff like Leech Seed, Spiky Shield, and Drain Punch. But ultimately, I failed to save him. And my heart aches all the more for it.
Mavis (Noctowl/Noivern): Died against the same Heraldo that Gearlo died to, this time from Stone Edge. I should have been smarter about it. I panicked. And just like that, she was gone. She was a weird fusion early on, but picked up super well late game.

for fun, i decided to try to find pokemon fusions similar to fake pokemon i've made and try forming names for the new ones, with various degrees of success. as one would guess, the mew fusion solo'ed most fights that doesn't involve dark or ghosts type, and that torkoal fusion is the tankiest fusion i have that even laughed at super effective hits sometimes.
mew and mismagius (making a fan pokemon ghost cat thing. idk name yet)
absol and lopunny (this one is here because i like it)
muk and torkoal (made a sludge tortoise named Sludose and Sludose was inspiration for run idea)
aerodactyl and skarmory (Syre is a pterodactyl with blade wings. close enough)
victreebel and cradily (new plant monster idea. gave me a fusion idea too, but at the time don't have a roserade and another cradily)
sandslash and palossand (i needed a mole for Molite, and didn't want to send an unfused sandslash through elite 4)

Absol/Electivire: Swords Dances and punch holes with STABs + Ice Punch. Pretty frail and on the slower side but it at least has Sucker Punch for priority
Luxray/Haxorus: Zekrom but trades some stats and a worse Electric STAB for Dragon Dance and Intimidate. If it managed to get a boost it would often claim multiple kills
Wailord/Magnezone: Very hard to take down physically and can fire back with Analytic-boosted STABs + Ice and Steel coverage
Chandelure/Jolteon: Fast, hits hard and has unique coverage that saved my ass on multiple occasions
Raichu/Aerodactyl: Typical Rock Head abuse, this time with Volt Tackle. Was my first time breeding Volt Tackle onto a Pichu and I already never want to do it again
Porygon-Z/Electrode: Fast and hits very hard with Adaptability-boosted Thunderbolt + Tri Attack as well as Ice Beam for any pesky Grass or Ground types. Also has Nasty Plot in case I think it can get away with boosting

This is the first of a few where I had to redo my run because I lost a bunch of save files.

Once again, I have to stitch together my hof because the pc keeps crahing >.<

Ended up with my mons higher level then usual when entering the elite four. Usually it's between 55 and 60. But this time it was 63. My entei was also fused at lv 65. Ended up never using it.
