I once used Rebattle to farm the trainer on a motorcycle who starts with a cubone/growlithe, if you battle him enough it evolves twice into the Marowak/Arcanine. Hes great for farming out attack evs

Alright Next Monotype run done (Dragon). I gotta say this one was a struggle in the beginning since I chose Jangmo-o as my starter because he doesn't get a non normal type attack till level 17. But overall a really fun run, though the start was pretty scary but after the 2nd gym it started smoothing out. Team was really solid when it comes to members, every member was strong even if I didn't use them as much as others. Every member shined in their own moment.

I'm not saying it doesn't count as a fusion to be fair. Cause it is 2 different Pokemon fusing together. It'll just be tough for me to list it in my existing Pokemon Fusions list, cause of how the name is with Mew as the head and Mewtwo as the body. If it's the same Pokemon, I don't list those, cause it's the same Pokemon, even though it's in a fusion, but this is a case where it's a tough call for me.

And I don't mean to imply that you or the spriters/workers are to blame on the fangame. Cause it's truly no one's fault. It's just how the Pokemon are made.

Same rules as last year where my team had to, at all times, have a delibird fusion (cacturne/), a stantler fusion (/pinsir), an ice-type (mamoswine/raichu), a red pokemon (oricorio/mr. mime), a white pokemon (litwick/bewear), and a green pokemon (cradily/meloetta)

• Garbedo was the first in every fight. I love him, I spent a long time figuring out whom to fuse with them and I came across this fusion around gym 4. Haven't changed him since. He mostly just Toxic Spike'd and endured though. 🦈 🗑️
• Electitres is ultra epic and was shinified when the tech support helped me because I lost another shiny during the update LMAO. However, he barely helped during the League, he was always getting 1-KO'd. At least his Overheat hurt once. 🐦‍⬛ ⚡
• Glislash is aesthetically sick, and shuffling between King's Shield, Earthquake and U-Turn helped a ton. I love him. I actually had trouble finding a good fusion for Gliscor. 🦇 ⚔️
• Umbckle was kind of late to my party, even though Umbreon was my starter (Eevee!). Only after the Victory Road I got the idea to fuse it with my levelled-up Shuckle. Spammed Substitute+Confuse Ray+Sand Attack lol. Hope he's doing alright inside the shell. 🐢 🎱
• Abinja was the absolute MVP. Wonder Guard being dark+ghost means he could only die to fairy moves and status effects. He also has 201 attack, so his Night Slash hits hard. He also has Heal Block. He's my little Pixie Grim Reaper and I love him. 💀🦋

this was my 6.4 remix runthrough- just a remix run, no randomization, some debug help

from left to right,

• desolance, absol/lucario: absolute fucking BEAST. night slash and sky uppercut K.O'd on victory road, VERY consistently. not so much in the e4 but still very very useful, especally coupled with a metronome
• okami, gourgeist/lurantis: lurantis is such a good pokemon, cannot suggest enough. also, awesome sprite. leaf blade and phantom force is good as hell. water types fear me. i just wish i had a better bug type move on it
• sunstrike, volcarona/golisopod: this thing was actually insane for me. fiery dance is such a good move, plus fly and surf- really really good mon that could also tank some blows tbh
• bismuth, steelix/sylveon: my first time using a steelix and my god i think i need to use it more. steel/fairy is such a powerful typing too. dragons, cry
• baby, raichu/scolipede: my starter and honestly a POWERFUL thunderbolter. coupled with black sludge, this thing can take out teams
• lunalis, cresselia/lycanroc: the latest addition to my team and a really good one at that. ice beam, psychic, and rock slide -- it pulled its weight

Togepi/Muk (bottom-center) - Poison Jab/Ice Punch/Baneful Bunker/Softboiled. Cursed, but useful, if mostly on the typing.
Exeggcute/Dusknoir (bottom-right) - Spirit Shackle/Bullet Seed/Swords Dance/Shadow Sneak. The Rotten Egg monster, also highly cursed but did good in the earlygame by virtue of being a poison neutrality

And the other one I was doing. This one was a unique challenge that also failed its nuzlocke criteria because blue got a belly drum off after I BARELY failed to OHKO and full restore spam'ed his way into a 0-5 because I had only special attackers left against a snorlax head.

I did full sweep the team on the second attempt (he got some really bad mons ROFL) but still.
Rule this time was that my team had to consist of the 6 "bombs". Mons that learn both explosion and selfdestruct on level-up. (though in drifblim's case this is only in gens after IF, otherwise garbodor would probably be my 6th) In hindisight I should have made it body only but I digress. However, every time I got another group of these six, I had to fight the six I didn't take, fused with what the actual ones got fused with. (this is only possible with kuray's mod unlike most challenges I do since you can set up fights with a setting there, one of the few things I don't think I can use debug alone for) I believe this cost me two deaths overall, technically four since if a mon died in these fights then I also wasn't allowed to use the mon it died to either.

either way, Lopunny/Graveler was the E4 ringer, this used to be a golem/jirachi that got OHKO'ed by a counter in mt. ember. Did okay work I guess.
Electrode/Steelix was my starter and was... alright. they did full sweep the second attempt on the champion for what it's worth and actually tanked a +6 high horsepower from the snorlax/kangaskahn on the first attempt at +1 defense.
Porygon2/Pineco (actually a pineclone shhhh) was a... wall to say the least. I recall using this in a past run that failed and she at least made up the difference here. Notably stalling out lance's garchomp/kyogre on her own through recover and tri-attack.
Drifblim/Zoroark was my main set-up sweeper. He sadly met his end because I forgot latias didn't know any non-psychic moves until after level 55... and lance had two of them. one below level 55 and one above it, so I had to cut the set-up short and barely failed to OHKO at +6.
Ferrothorn/Ninetales was also decent, but I REALLY don't trust flare blitz if I can't negate its recoil, so he was mostly relagated to a wall. Did alright in spite of that though.
Regice/Koffing was also a pretty good wall, this time on the special end. Agatha's vaporeon/mismagius learned that one the hard way.

FINALLY FINISHED OFF SOME MORE RUNS

FIRST UP: my POISON run. good lord this was a rough one, curiously enough. smooth at the beginning, but for some reason the e4 was fucking brutal

• athena, my mismagius/roderade: giga drain with a big root. 'nuff said
• chrion, my zoroark/scolipede: dark/poison is actually an insanely good type, this thing was powerful. i fixed up its moveset near the end after taking a break because for some reason i had rollout at Big Bird, but. it is what it is
• dionysus, my slurpuff/venusaur: a pretty good 'mon. an addition at the end, but i think it preformed fine. im not the biggest venusaur fan though
• icarus, my nidoking/flygon: also a pretty good mon that was added at the end. kind of the same as dionysus- it was fine.
• hephaestus, my registeel/weezing: now THIS WAS A POWERHOUSE. this thing was ROUGH and UNFORGIVING and it made me HATEEE the move zap cannon. but this thing took hits like a champ
• leviathan, my toxapex/wailord: another absolute wall, with toxic, venoshock, recover, and liquidation and merciless as an ability. a fitting ability name, as this thing was brutalllllll. it was also my fodder for switching in to heal up my team haha

i loved this run ngl. the normal type is so diverse

• goliath: my azumarill/slaking. a fusion im sure you people have seen before, but still- OUCH. chip away and heavy slam on this mon, plus huge power with an already 193 attack... jesus this thing was a monster
• mercury, my chandelure/kelceon: never would have used kecleon without this run. LOVE the sprite and stats.
• pory, my porygon-z/rotom: THUNDERBOLT THUNDERBOLT THUNDERBOLT AHHH. this fusion was a murderer. also i love both porygon and rotom so im extremely happy i got to use it
• puss in boots, my aegislash/persian: listen i love dreamworks. this was my starter and had puss in boots theming the entire way through, so i had to use it. ended up being real strong too
• titan, my regigigas/scolipede: this thing, as im sure all of you figure, was ROUGH. heavy slam... i love heavy slam so much
• snow cone, my snorlax/lycanoc: my baby. my friend named it and if my memory serves correct, this thing walled the big bird fight. high horsepower, belly drum, rock slide, and crunch- ouchie.

• tsunami, my vaporeon/lycanroc midday: vaporeon is one of the better water types. not too much defensively, but every other stat is 130+. great mon
• precious, my leafeon/lycanroc midnight: the newer mon in the team, didnt really use it much but a 146 atk + STAB leaf blade is... violent
• guardian, my golurk/leafeon midday: my starter. i love this thing. great design, plus iron fist with shadow punch is SPECIAL.
• midas, my zoroark/lycanroc midnight: weirdly enough my healing fodder lmao. but useful in its own right with counter, iron tail, and crunch.

Yeah. Like the creators said before, Gen 8 and 9 are not allowed. They tried it before, and the game wouldn't function properly, so they decided to only do Pokemon upto Gen 7.

My recommendation if you plan on using any Water types for your Johto team, I would say try using Grefernape, Greninja/Infernape. Not only cause of the sprites, but also cause Water/Fighting is a useful and interesting dual type, especially against the annoying Miltank that Whitney has.

ability balls also saved the run a bit, having a speed boost shonk is huge

the hardest part was finding sprites that didn't use sylveon, necrozma, or ho-oh. didn't want too many sylveon after all.

alright I promised it last night, fox time (as usual, debug mode was mostly to get the featured mon in as well as fix movepool things/rare candies when all trainers are defeated)

...imma be real this was all clefable/ninetales the other five were all just sitting in the back waiting for stuff to go wrong rofl. fire/fairy is stronk coverage and when you put water pulse onto that it was all over. Magic guard didn't actually factor into anything but man was it the icing on the cake. The only time I was in danger was when a darkrai/noivern outsped and threatened an air slash flinch chain but good boi didn't get flinched once.

as for the rest uh they did stuff before the E4 so may as well give em their dues.

ninetales/lapras was the starter and also my anti-water option with water absorb. not great (lapras body lol) but servicable.
Arceus/Vulpix was my other anti-water option. I run a clause that if I get arceus in a run then I'm allowed to aquire the plates as I get the type gems, so they were mostly bug-typed as an anti-ground option until I got the grass plate in celadon. Also early seismic toss meant they were also my main catcher for other mons
Donphan/Ninetales was my only physical attacker for a majority of the game and having basically a ground type did well throughout the game, nice job.
Vulpix/Espeon is my eviolite mon (arceus/pix has over 500 BST) but they still did nice work on virtue of being an espeon which meant good early psychic coverage
Ninetales/Crobat used to be a ninetales/noctowl until they got OHKO'ed since I forgot necrozma got rock blast as early as it did. They did decent work in the meantime because acrobatics is such a turbo-busted move rofl. Basically the E4 ringer of the run

Necrozma/electrode was actually my special wall thanks to prism armor
Electrode/umbreon was a late physical wall
Miltank/Electrode was resistances ahoy and has one of my favorite alts that wasn't used here (biology to a physicist) They did also help stall out bruno's lead arcanine of extremespeeds so lanturn could set up.
Voltorb/Sableye was a NtM surprise and my main-ish phyiscal attacker alongside a sudowoodo/electrode that got blown up by metal burst in the first E4 attempt
Electrode/Aurorus is the ice type of the group, pretty much all there is to say there.

also I like how 3/4 of the side members are glaring at the center team member there lol (milode is just chillin')

alright so this is a strange one to explain the theme of. basically my pokemon pool were pokemon that had branch evos but only the forms that can evolve more than once, not what they actually evolve into. The other mons that qualified that weren't shown here were slowpoke (slowbro/slowking), rockruff (lycanroc-day/lycanroc-night), and nincada (ninjask/shedinja even if that technically isn't a branch evo)

unlike the past two runs, the top 3 mons all got at least one sweep off with belly drum (poliwhirl/swampert), tail glow (snorunt/reshiram), and nasty plot (mismagius/kirlia).
The bottom 3 were more useful in-game at least as a fast (ish) nuke (espeon/eevee), a decent special wall (suicune/tyrogue), and just... ground type. (donphan/gloom)
also late but poliwhirl/swampert is an S-tier goofymon, I recall laughing for a solid 3 minutes when that showed up as an option

somehow caught a shiny Jolteon so you KNOW I had to fuse it with zapdos again to get this awesome sprite made by @amber spindle
Magcargo/Yanmega was surprisingly good! But the one that took the cake was the lovely leafeon/Kyogre fusion made by @dusk orchid It absolutely demolished its competition :)
all in all though it was a fun playthrough and I'm looking forward to continuing through Johto
