Finally! After alot of challenge's, frustrating fights, and grinding the Tower(as well as some distractions), run 7/420 is finished!! Fr though, this was way harder then Bulbasaur or Charmander. It was the first time I got stuck at Silph Co. as well, which was a surprise. Just a taste of what's to come, I suppose. At least things get a little more interesting moving along, as the new SpritePack has given way to some new possible fusions. Here's to seeing new faces with tougher shells, next run up is Warturtle!!

10th run finished with refighting the elite four without using any (pseudo) legendaries or any pokémon twice. technician marowak/scizor shredded through everything. bastiodon/bastiodon was one of the best physical walls i've ever had and won many fights by simply spreading toxic/stealth rock and then roar until everyone's dead.
the other guys were okay. ifnernape/glaceon is weaker than a normal infernape. vileplume/kabutops has great coverage and works as a mixed oder physical attacker. wigglytuff/kingdras main line was thunder wave into waterfall - boring, but effective. the typing wasn't that great though.
the team in general was extremely weak to fast special attacker with fire moves (so the whole ghost gym), but other than that, i didn't have too many problems

Quite good, not gonna lie. Its special attack is solid, it has Levitate to erase its Ground type weakness, and Charizard's and Latios' movesets blend surprisingly well

Mine has Flamethrower, Dragon Pulse, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam, and it's more than enough to sweep entire teams all by itself

I also wanted to teach Psychic to it, but it wouldn't have been that useful since I have Spiritomb/Empoleon, Deoxys/Venusar and Jirachi/Gardevoir with powerful Psychic type moves

Besides that, it wouldn't have STAB cuz it's Fire/Dragon

Maybe it's because I was into Showdown back in the day, but I feel uneasy when I don't have STAB moves and a few coverages lol

Though it's not the case with Jirachi/Gardevoir. Besides STAB, it got Thunderbolt and Psychic to hit more Pokémon at once, y'know?

2nd playthrough, fun times were had! Crobat/Aggron smacked down the three-headed god all by themselves, and Wigglytuff/Aegislash ended up carrying me through a lot of the Elite 4. Didn't end up using any legendaries, but ended up loving this team all the same.

I really liked this idea of using a nincada fusion for the entire game given it's unique evolution mechanic and cloning a Pokémon, lucario was a pretty fitting pick because it has both sprites and shedinja/lucario can only be hit by fire

And rough skin, rocky helm, stealth rock, spikes, innards out and some more

But it's still really cool

Also electivire/magmortar is really cool and I've been thinking of using it for like 4 runs already

mantine/swampert felt fine, although swampert alone would've been the exact the mon probably (but it looked way cuter this way).
dewgong/kangaskhan was weak in the early game, but became okay, when it got earthquake. the STAB moves weren't great (ice punch and strength) and the typing was rough, but i expected worse.
compound eyes exeggutor/galvantula was my favorite of the bunch. great moves with bug buzz, thunder, mind blown and leaf storm combined with high special attack and speed. a status move like calm mind, nasty plot or something similar would've been great, but it couldn't learn any of them (only dragon dance).
no guard hypno/machamp did almost nothing. it felt like everything had very effective moves against it and it also couldn't kill most things in one hit.
octillery/wigglytuff was just there as a hm slave and didn't do anything

If you're in the middle of a run, i highly recommend u finish it first. There's no gurantee the new version can work with your current saves
