This is a Nuzlocke challenge idea I came up with, it was really fun playing it and I recommend trying it if you're a spriter: 1) randomized mode, 2) you have to fuse every unfused pokemon you get with the next unfused pokemon you are able to catch. 3) pokemon you fused together or you found fused together shouldn't be unfused, only reversed if you want. 4) If the fusion doesn't have a custom sprite, YOU have to make the sprite for it. if you really dont want to make the sprite, you cannot use that pokemon, you can however box it and forget about it, or draw it later on. 5) if you want to use a pokemon, it must have a custom sprite. This are my results: I made 16 new custom sprites for the game, including the rival's starter. And, despite not having a choice for which pokemon will be fused with, I still had a lot of pokemon with custom sprites made by other spriters: in my hall of fame, only Kangaskhan/Armaldo and Jumpluff/Mamoswine were made by me. Which shows how massive is this community.

Focusing only on fully evolved fusions (because why would you bring unevolved mons besides defensive tanks via Eviolite into the Pokémon League?), the only ones officially in the game are Rotom/Dodrio and Ariados/Ferrothorn.
Aside from those, I have also made Dewgong/Dialga, Noctowl/Lucario, Mantine/Garchomp, Magnezone/Octillery, Magmortar/Probopass, Glaceon/Vileplume, Dialga/Dewgong, and Dialga/Meganium, all of which can be found in #sprite-gallery. All the rest of my fusions are un-evolved.
