they are all powerhouses, but some are worse than others. aegislash/marowak is slow, electivire/salamance has poor defenses, alakazam/chandelure has barely any hp. the rest are pretty much really good

• chandelure/alakazam is best combo of sp.atk and speed before you can get access to mewtwo

• salamance/electivire is a really good physical electric type with coverage

• togekiss/volcarona is a really busted tank/special sweeper with volcarona's signature move, fiery dance, boosting her sp.atk

• rampardos/azumarill is a broken attack stat with rampardos's base attack and azumarill huge power almost doubling it

• metagross/haxorus is also a monster physical attacker, with an ok speed at best but pretty good defenses and access to really strong dragon/steel type moves

• marowak/aegislash has the potential of a powerhouse. but with no EV training and that poor speed, his ludicrous attack once you pair it with aegislash's ability and thick club on marowak body is really really good. one of the best ground types you can have on your team, and considering that ground is such a powerful offensive type, pairing it with the steel typing for having more resistances is just what it needs. its a shame it has such low speed, all in all.

this team was made to be as technical as possible considering stats and abilities. was it overengineered? yea definitely i swept every member with the E4 with basically one pokemon each.
