judging from which picture you commented on (Pokemon Platinum) then no you dont need the color randomizer
i only used the Universal pokemon randomizer
you dont need to "install" anything to a rom with it

but if you want to there is a NDS pokemon color randomizer as well
its just not pretty to look at

Yeah @umbral egret my idea is that I have tons of non-trasitipnal damage sources, amoongus has toxic and golurkk will have toxic plus I have leech seed on Serperior, confuse ray on megnezone. Then I supplemented the team with tons of Regen to sustain my team while toxic/curse wittles them down, aqua ring/shell bell on azu, Giga drain/synthesis/ingrain/black sludge on amoongus (although ingrain will probably be replaced with protect if I can), leftovers/confusion/paralyze on magnezone
I really like tanky mons and have been experimenting with different ways to make them pop off, had a trick room team in platinum, a weather team in white, and now I'm experimenting with this
My irl rival and I have been battling after every gym and I have had the best score yet going 2-4 and coming really close in two of those battles
Only thing I'm considering now is if I somehow work parish song into this team 🤔
