There's a few Pokemon that can solo a run

But most are legendaries, need egg moves or both

#

The 2 Pokemon I'd say can beat a run with no evasion or egg moves needed are Eternatus and Xerneas

#

The former is only unlocked after completing the starter dex

#

AKA: Once you have literally every other Pokemon

#

So that's a no go

#

The next option I'd take is one of the Pseudo Legendaries that can solo the game with egg moves

I find Fini makes a really good carry. When Finn has bad AI you can one-shot his Mega Ray if you have Quiver Dance
