This is one of the Pokemon whose rare egg moves I have been waiting on for the longest
Quiver Dance is absolutely required for me to get a proper assessment on how good it is
It also has perfectly accurate Wildbolt Storms thanks to Compound Eyes
And life drain in the form of Parabolic Charge, which also targets both opponents (though you may want to bring a Ground type, since it also targets teammates)
Its last egg move is Earth Power, which is kinda just a good coverage move
I will be running all 4 egg moves, as I'm not particularly scared of Grass types
I certainly fear Fire and Rock types more, that's for sure
As you could probably gather, Ground is a great partner for this, sponging Parabolic Charges while covering Fire and Rock
My Ground type is Garchomp, who also doesn't fear Grasses unlike most Ground types
I could see opposing Ground types being issues though, seeing how I only have Earth Power to hit them
Claydol and Flygon in particular hard wall this
Joltik's passive is Transistor
Assuming that Galvantula keeps this passive, it basically becomes Quiver Dance Regieleki with less speed
Ok, so the rival does have a Rhyhorn
For now, it is easily dispatched
But for later, I may need to get a good Tera Type, or use Garchomp to dispatch it first
Unfortunately, it seems I have gotten 1 of the 2 evil teams that completely hard counter Galvantula with any moveset
Macro Cosmos
Macro Cosmos also gives Garchomp trouble
Since it cannot hit Gmax Copperajah very well
Given that it has Earth Eater
To be fair, Groudon also does give Garchomp trouble, being the 2nd of the 2 teams
Though usually Garchomp can get through both
So it shouldn't be too bad

Ok so final thoughts on Galvantula as the run nears its end
It does exceptionally well against about as many things as some of the high A and S tiers
But the issue is, its biggest problem fights are the major ones
So I think I'll put it somewhere in mid A tier
It absolutely doesn't work vs Rival 195 and the Final Boss
Well maybe you could make it work vs Final Boss with good Leftovers RNG idk
I do also think that there are multiple biomes that would give it major trouble
Though I made sure to avoid all of them
Most notably are the Mountains, Badlands and Caves, which all have Sturdy Rock Types
This isn't the only Pokemon that I noticed have this problem either... perhaps Hazard Setters would make for great partners for them

But I'll probably put it in the same rank as Galvantula
Volcarona has a far worse early game, but is able to beat both the Final Boss and Rival 195 (the latter will need you to get pretty good RNG though)
Apart from that, they perform basically the same
Out of the 38 mons I have ranked so far, none rank below A-
This is mainly because I tend to use Pokemon that I know will perform well
If Volcarona still had Drought I'd probably rank it 1 above Galvantula
(AKA A+)

Krook is the only mon with both as a base ability, then there's also Scrafty, Salamence, Gyarados and Mightyena
Scrafty gets Intimidate as a HA while the latter 3 get Moxie as their Hidden
I will say, while Intimidate is probably better for Mence and Gyara, getting a Moxie Boost before Mega Evolving with those 2 as well as Pinsir and Heracross is very funny
Yeah, Mega Gyara and Mence use Intimidate as their base abilities
Though, Gyarados and Physical Salamence use Moxie as theirs
Obviously Special or Mixed Mence would rather use Intimidate
As for Scrafty, it actually uses all 3 abilities often
