If you define it as the former, look to some of the NU Megas like Abomasnow, Glalie or Audino
If you define it as the latter, it's Mega Garchomp and it isn't close

I do think there is a good case for Garchomp being the worst mega

It's just stuck in OU with 0 serious usage
And it can't go down since it's tied to base Garchomp

I'm likely gonna be very happy. Either I'm waking up as a catdogfox or as a tigerpuppy so in either case I can just enjoy being a fuzzy little creature who no longer needs to worry about jobs or studies
Can just laze around and hopefully be someone's pampered lapdog instead of battling
Only downside is I probably wouldn't be able to draw anymore. Unless I became eevee and then sylveon, I'm willing to guess those ribbons can be used to hold a pencil.
But since eevee and growlithe both are my favorite, it's a good question which of them I'd wake up as.
