My first playthrough on Platinum I thought Pachirisu evolves so I trained it to level 40 but saw no evolution.
Then I caught male Combee and thought it evolved too and this was when I thought Vespiquen had a male counterpart evolution but yet again I saw nothing.
Wish there was a Platinum rom hack with new evolutions added for the ones who deserve evolutions.
Imagine Pachirisu and male Combee evolution for example what do they look like in terms of appearance base stats and any methods to evolve etc?
Oh and speaking of evolutions for mons that "deserve" a chance, why can't Carbink evolve into Diancie? Obviously they are somewhat related but Diancie is more like a "mother" of Carbink but they don't become Diancie. So what if gen 6 aka X and Y (or Legends Z-A) gave Carbink a brand new evolution such as a middle stage evolution then after certain conditions are met would eventually evolve into Diancie now that's a game changer to see a regular non legendary/mythical mon evolve to a freaking mythical of all things and will be the first in Pokemon history!

Basically Phione is officially called “semi-mythical” and even though Deoxys can be caught in ORAS, it’s still mythical.
That means Celebi, Keldeo and Meloetta can still be considered mythicals even though you can catch them normally in a game.
