Ooh, you're using colored pencils! Here's a fun tip, you know those rougher erasers people say can erase pen ink? As long as they don't stain the paper, you can and should use those with colored pencils, not just to fix any mistakes but also to create small light areas like highlights and patterns.

Highly recommend using slightly thicker paper if you do that, though, bc those rough erasers basically sand down the paper.
