• BW2 isn't canon enough for you since Ghetsis was a bit madder? Just look at how deceptive he was, and to N, deliberately raised him ||to dissociate with humanity by only letting him be around abused Pokémon||. He's also got the arrogance and following of a cult leader.
• Pokémon Masters (sure, the least canon of all, but still memorable) showed Ghetsis ||using N again, N trying to be compassionate and rebuild the bond they never had again, and then Ghetsis verbally abusing him again, cementing his place as unredeemable||

The argument for Ghetsis being good or even understandable because good intentions is not one I agree with; the past intentions (weren't those just 'rule everything' anyway?) don't justify the means of ||abuse and attempted murder||.

the initial fight is at level... 12 or 13 if you don't do darkest day

the wilds are generally in the 13-20 ballpark with a few outliers so after beating the fight in the mines is a good place to start

the final battle of "part 1" is I think doable after gym 3 and part 2 is doable after gym 5

because for some strange reason the encounters in isle of armor are 6 levels higher in sword and I have no clue why

aight for shield then the mienfoos in the overworld are level 10-15 (16-21 for sword)

might need to do a bit of trotting around to get to challenge road but you can get them as soon as you can explore isle of armor as a whole

first trainer is 10/12 (||psychic/poison on his mons||) and second which I believe isn't needed if you're just after foo but unlocks the cram-o-matic/EXP charm is 13/13 but probably better fought at 15-16

using the EXP charm may result in overlevleing though so up to you on if you want to go for that/cram or not
