I did have that happen in one run, I specifically had to avoid sending out the mon that had it lest the final boss suddently have 150% of its normal health

whimsicott is turbo fast and stands a good chance of actually outrinning krook if you play your own EVs right in addition to resisting both of its STAB attacks

if you're psycho you can try to OHKO it with a pyukumuku counter but I very much would not rec that considering its 4th move is a status move
