-Ground Types and Rock Types (But not the bowl deer or clodsire. Again, your ass will become grass)
-Any other pokemon that knows steel and poison type moves. (But don't use steel and poison type pokemon. Do I need to repeat the warning again?)
-SET UP RAINY DAY. The fire type attacks will do less damage when wet!
-Just don't bring anything. Your held items will lose effect once Magic Room is set up and they can steal your items if you make any physical contact with them, so why even bother?
Highly recommended bros:
-Clawitzer: Has Flash Cannon, Sludge Bomb, and Venoshock.
-Carbink: TANK. Has some steel type moves. And reflect and light screen!
-Hisuian Arcanine: Natural immunity to burns and has a couple of steel type moves in its repertoire

-Coalossal: Tanky as well. Has some steel type moves. Tar shot can also be useful to slow down the opponent, and make it weak to its own previous type, thus being more susceptible to burns. And since Delphox is no longer a fire type....
-Garganacl: Another tank, but with some oomph in the physical attack stat department. Has some steel type moves, plenty of punching moves (Since Delphox is more of a special attacker than a physical attacker), and they can activate rain dance.

slowking with a stored power set works here i think
delphox is tera fairy so it doesn't resist psychic moves anymore. slowking has a bazillion spdef, reliable recovery, great setup moves and resists fire and psychic. dazzling gleam shouldn't hurt too much and slowking isn't overly-dependent on its held item
ceruledge could be good here with swords dance+bitter blade+iron head. it does not resist psychic but if you had tera steel with flash fire, you wall it to shit and can heal easily and do alot of damage

if you don't mind a bit of edge and a fair amount of difficulty the Reborn universe of fangames isn't bad? the original Reborn is of a very specific taste and I genuinely tend to prefer the games inspired by it, but there are upsides to the original too
even if, again, you. you have to have a certain level of tolerance for edge. it's a product started in like 2012 that adapts real life drama into a video game plot and has a very real "this is what the REAL Pokemon world would be like" kind of edginess to it
which is amusing in some cases, effective in a few, but mostly a bit eye-rolling
the gameplay is solid as long as you accept that you're going to need to feel out or look up fairly involved strategies
of the universe of games inspired BY Reborn, Rejuvenation is the one I'm most attached to, but there are a few others that seem neat even if I haven't had a ton of time to really dig into them

I was thinking about more of this hypothetical pokemon stadium fangame. So here are some little animations that my brain thought up:
Vullaby - Fly: Vullaby cannot fly, so a bombirdier swoops in and carries her!
Anyone that isn't a bird - Peck: Just thrusts their spikes and horns onto the enemy
Snorlax - Bubble Beam/Bubble: Snorlax does a big yawn and a bubble comes out of his nose. Bubble beam has him fire a barrage of bubbles and he would have a OoO face.
Anyone that doesn't have legs - Triple Axel: They would spin. Primarina and Milotic would do a barrel roll and slap the opponent three times with their tail. Frosmoth and cryogonal will spin around and slap the opponent with their wings/tears. Every multi-hit attack would have a different camera angle, and they will come in quick. Visually pleasing, and time efficient!
Anyone that isn't Delibird - Present: A glowing orb would appear in front of the user. The user will then throw it onto the opponent. If its chansey, then they would just yeet their egg at the opponent.
