Inspired by Milchik, I drew the combined efforts of Jigglypuff and Arcanine. As for the skin color, well, it is salmon and light orange. The salmon color is pink and orange mix, and the light orange is actually light yellow and baby pink mix. As for the eyes, I made the eye color more Arcanine than Jigglypuff. Originally, he is Arcanine's skin colors, but not all of them. I just combined the Arcanine and Jigglypuff's skin colors just for fun. I hope you like it. Ub-Toxic Rider
Coming from an apocalyptic dimension filled with trash and rusty metal, it seems this lifeform is a creature made of sentient scrap metal. the big mouth of the rider creates a toxin so toxic it can effect posion types and steel type pokemon.

based on the nuckelavee a weird monster with lanky limbs, a one eyed horse and also a human fused with horso, big head with a wide mouth so that weird build seemed good for a scrap metal frankenstein creature
