Vaporeon / Torterra (which is an amazing design, but that's not the point) doesn't use Torterra's body, it's Vaporeon's, and even with the legs it'd be a lot smaller and a lot less wide. It wouldn't just be working with a smaller Torterra base. 😦

I get the argument about body porportion, but i wanted my design to be less about canonical game accuracy and more of a "Give a tortoise a water typing and you get bulky spikey turtle" thing, also i like the headcanon that pokemon of diffrent sizes and porportions averaging out when fused

I saw a concept on instagram about realistic pokemon breeding, cause theorically some pokemon are really similar and could easily generate hybrids like in real life (like ursaring and beartic could generate a polar grizzly bear pokemon)
