You could try shortening the last frames of the arm rising back to neutral position.

That would make the animation a bit snappier and keep the rest of the frames.

you could have the arm going up occur at the speed of the choppier one, but with the frames of the smoother one

Not sure where I should post this, but Artwork sounded like the best place. This is my Pokemon Infinite Fusion OC (TJR is what I always name my character in Pokemon games, it's a thing I do that may or may not be connected to my Autism. I name my rival TJP and the joke is their really rivals because of their similar names) and so I go to the point of "Joining" Team Rocket and gave the fake name of Mr. T. For Mr. T I use the Rocket Uniform and Squad Shades. As for TJR I like using the Pikachu Onsie (Because it reminds me of one I used to own) and the scarf. In the game the shoes are brown if I remember right, but I wanted to make them the same colors as the Rocket Boots to be seen as a tease to Team Rocket when they realize Mr. T was never really on their team.

Turban, for those who don't know, was going to be an actual Gen 2 Pokemon (if I remember correctly Slowking actually replaced it) and when I found three different fusions that had matching sprites I was enthusiastic. As for Dragovee (or Drageon as it is in my original drawing (these drawings were done a few years ago before I found infinite)) I just think Eevee needs more Eeveelutions.

There are a lot of pokemon with a similar body shape (vulpix, eevee, any eeveelution off the top of my head) and so the collar and the shape of the tail are often used as distinguishing features when making rockruff body fusions. Here, the tail looks more like vulpix than rockruff and that makes it difficult, for me at least, to tell what the body pokemon is. Sorry, that was a bad explanation I gave before.

dk the answer to your qeustion and not an artist but may be that it will at least need a lot of cleanup and may be easier to just manually convert to pixel art

You’d have to ask mods, because I assume there’s some level of ai image processing in converting a drawn image to pixel art.

AI-generated art isn’t generally allowed on the server, so it’s up to moderators to decide if this counts.

converting an image to pixels is almost definitely done without AI

that being said, yeah, it's not a great way to actually make pixel art. Pixel art needs to be approached as it's own unique thing to really work- it's why the spriting guidelines suggest shrinking down the image and tracing over it as the best way to make non-pixel art into a sprite

The Burning Trash Pokemon.
Trubreon is a Poison/Fire type. Many people use Trubreon as an incinerator since it burns up any garbage it eats. Although playful, its smell is enough to knock people out for over a week.

I am planning on starting a DnD YouTube channel. 16+ years of TTRPG experience and general lover of collaborative storytelling and spreading them smiles.

Starting from nothing, so there was a serious consideration for using AI for monster images, as gross as that felt, because I'm in no position to pay artists, as I STRONGLY feel they deserve to be paid.

Talked with a homie and figured I'd shoot my shot.

I'd PREFER not to use AI art seeing as.... I mean yeh.

I want to CREATE income opportunities FOR the community.

Basically, if there are any artists among you that would be down to collab with this grassroots start-up, I'd be hella humbled.
