Someone who designs fakemon here. I like the vibes and the gaseous cloak, but theres a few things you could do to make it more pokemon-esque imo. Boils down to these four

• Testrun was right, you need one or two visible inspirations aside from just being a monster
• This guy seems a little too heavily leaning toward horror instead of having some details that make them cute/"likable" like all pokemon do
• The chains are too literal for pokemon, turn them into a symmetrical pattern on the body instead
• Smaller nitpick, the eye currently doesnt have any sort of pokemon energy. Most one eyed pokemon have circular eyes with big round pupils (ie dusclops, beldum, unown, magnemite) the one exception is dusknoir, but the big pupil is consistent.

A friend of mine gave me an idea of making Pokémon based on our OCs, and It derailed into: I'm actually having ideas for a region.

But the only Pokémon we got until now are

My advice is to try to increase the contrast in your shading. Look at how dark the official Eevee's tail is compared to the left side of the fluff. See if you can get that level of difference.
I don't suggest graphite to people learning art because it's difficult to control and rather messy. I suggest looking into a colored medium so you can increase the darkness by combining colors rather than layering endlessly.

Colors sort of add an extra level of difficulty tho, given hues and values and such, unless you just mean like, a gray colored pencil. I’m specifically starting with grayscale for my values/shading practice, but I agree with the contrast! tysm!

I think it's okay for a few notes, but it sounds more like something used for a buildup before the beat drops than something to carry the melody for the whole song

The sort of granular-pixelly sound would blend in with the backing maybe too well, and the main tone sounds a bit hollow

Pherodogi is a Fighting/Poison type. Pherodogi uses toxic Pheromones to control others. This poison affects the brain & makes them desire to serve Pherodogi. Anyone that resists the poison is beaten to a pulp faster than they can blink.

The Mediocre Pokemon.
Milokarp is a Water type. While Milokarp is a slight upgrade in appearance for Magikarp, it remains useless in battle. If waves get too strong, it can calm them, but that only helps it swim easier.
