I actually used pixilart for my normal mega gardevoir and Sawk sprites/drawings 😁 So its a VERY good free thing to use, you even get a palette saver to avoid re-picking colors!! You can also use it on mobile And pc :3

so here's a rough attempt at adjusting these lines- basically line up the directions of the the front arm and tail, back leg and head, and mirror the bend in the front leg and back arm to make it look like it's weight carries through it's stride as its running you down to get ya 🙂

It's really good! I think all it needs is a bit more intentful shadow shapes to cast across the body. Think of the canopies of tree leaves etc that are usually implied in these types of paintings. Also, if the nose is catching light and is as small as I think it is, a bit more of the hands and and maybe the tip of the tongue can catch light as well.

the leak is over a terabyte big, i highly doubt much if any significant amount is somehow faked for attention
not that they would need to at all considering all of the prototype builds of games that barely ever had any beta info at all
and while a lot of the lore stuff could be considered dubiously canon unless it gets used in the future, the character docs are just the designer's direct thoughts, so there isn't really any reason to consider them non canon imo

It's concept art, of course its not in the same style as the in-game art
the gen 3 concept arts posted are all in the same style, so it was obviously the same designer
so either it's AI generated (which it isn't. ai generated images always have tells) or a professional illustrator spent a ridiculous amount of time creating fake concept art for zero benefit and recognition, or its just an early design that wasn't fleshed out yet from someone at Gamefreak
