the head mon provides colours for the fusion and generally you want to avoid taking colours from the body mon (some exceptions can be made when the head mon has only one colour but the body has more) you can technical use colours from the body but then it will be considered a non standard fusion which this generally looks like both colour and design wise, making those on its own isn't anything bad but you can't use them to apply for the spriter role

1: frocerisaur is a ice dragon type it evolved after holding a dragon scale

2. Trapjaw/trapclamp is an ice ground type that evolved after exposure to an ice stone

3: hellfire is a dark/fire type legendary pokemon that raids villages to fuel it's giant cannon

The Cruel Mule Pokemon.
Male exclusively. And in the Undiscovered Egg group.
A Ghost and Dark type.
With the signature ability of Hostility, and a Base stat total of 680 (Stat Spread Shown Below)
Ability Boosts this Pokemon's Move power by 30%, but brings back Disobedience (Unless it's holding the Item of "Vile Reins")
When not Holding the reigns the Pokémon will simply act Disobedient 60% of the time, as if you don't got enough Badges.
This pokemon is pure evil... The only reason why it listens to Marcellus is that he let's Crule beat up the "failure" grunts. For some reason I recall making a Script about the Grunts begging for another chance but failing so being left to the Crule. He promptly beat the Sandslash he had and where pokemon would normally be recalled... he kept beating at the poor mouse.... then going after the Grunt itself.

Started making Fakemon sometime this year, after trying to revamp an old starter concept from years ago. Still, I figured I'd try and finish the starter lines fully. Grass and Water are both work in progress, but I managed to crate the fire starter with the help of a friend. Meet Muppie, the Mud Dog Pokémon. It'll get a second typing ad it evolves, packing more mud onto its body that acts similarly to magma.

I don't know where to post this to have it become an actual fusion but I saw the design for the giants in Majora's Mask and thought "That looks like a Nosepass and a Ho-Oh fused into one" so I made it.
(ps. The Pokémon parts were taken from the pieces used in Pokémon Black and White for animations, and the human parts are Barry for the arms and the legs are from the Sinnoh and Johto gen 4 sprites for Swimmers.

Well, for starters; all pokemon havce to have some sort of friendly aspect. You can have a completely spiky pokemon, even if that's the complete concept. All spikes need at least a slightly rounded tip. And maybe in your case, you may want to round out the fingers. It makes the pokemon seem more loveable and fits the franchise.

the shading you have down really well, so thats not a problem

but before this next tip: Is this a basic stage pokemon, or a pre-evo?

Ok, so in that case, the teeth need to be toned down. For pre-evos, two at most, and they should look kinda baby like.

and maybe add a bit of an iris around the eye, just so it looks younger

Was considering four each for the top and bottom since I wasn't 100% sure how much teeth Pokémon are normally given but making Angrazor look a bit older was intentional

Oh! that makes sense. Just know, if youre going for the edgy teen vibe, that often goes with middle stages. Though if you were to make a base stage, youve set up righ. Design the older first so you can make a baby from that.

I'd highly recommend making a base stage, but its optional

Fossil mons also tend to have only two stages, though you could argue this doesn't really have to be a fossil mon and also lacks the Rock type

If you do wanna design a base form, the main idea for Angrazor and Majespine is that is transforms into a more modern Spinosaurus reconstruction as it matures, so the baby one could be a retro Spinosaurus with a shorter face and arms

This took.... longer than I wanted it to, but it's so friggin worth it omg. I love how it came out. Went for more of a charred look for the bone, and turned the 'armor' into actual horse bone. Played with various fire colors for awhile, didn't wanna do what had already been done with the rapidash/houndoom fusions. Gave it a mostly houndoom body/head (literal body and head, anatomically, not like.... pif-style) back paws and fore-hooves.

I would so ride this thing all over Kanto/Jhoto-wherever

They look cool, if you want the first stge to be more baby like you could shorten the limbs and biggen the head and eyes, maybe even make the blue color a bit more gentle
I like how the face pattern evolves when it evolves
Right now the evo looks much gentler, which unless that was the intention isn't really what Pokémon goes for
