Piplup/Swinub (322.220) and Prinplup/Swinub (323.200) for my current modern mode starter~
despite being a derivative of the other one I think the Prinplup turned out nicer, prob bc it has the horns (lifted directly from the actual Prinplup icon and recolored) to help keep the body from becoming too much of a textureless blob without the Swinub stripes to give it shape. though sadly the dots were doomed to look pasted-on bc there just isn't enough room here to give them a proper shape or shading, rip

I had a dream last night where I was playing a 3DS Pokemon game with the exploring mechanics of Pokemon Legends: Arceus and Pokemon Scarlet/Violet. I was at the hometown, but I exploited a bug that lead me to what was considered an area with the highest leveled Pokemon.

And it was crawling with small, red mouse like creatures that kinda looked like Kubfu. I encountered one that was LV. 81.

I didn't want this vision to leave me, so I worked with what I got and created this!

This Pokemon would not only be a Pikaclone, but it would also be a mythical Pokemon. They would be based on rats in the Chinese zodiac, kangaroo rats and Ne Zha.
Let's call this little fella Lao-Zha.
I was considering Fire/Fighting, but Fire/Electric fit better for this little guy.
