creations of two different factions

mechanical warfare vs. chemical warfare

This guy is Flying/Steel, and they have an ability where they can absorb any energy move and turn it into an increase in attack stats

their special move turns them into a ticking time bomb that, when activated, makes all the pokemon faint and clears any hazards.
In place of it would be a new terrain
