Hey @wintry moat! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

REGARDING SPRITE ISSUES:

NOTE: If you are offline and cannot play the game online, use the preloaded version in #downloads (Windows Only)!

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:

Do this first: navigate to the help man in the Pokecenter and go to Sprite Options -> Clear Sprite Cache.

Otherwise, your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not downloading, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
Step 4. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses and navigate to Sprite Settings and select "Reset sprite cache" & "Reset displayed alt sprites".

REGARDING SPRITE ISSUES:

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:

Do this first: navigate to the help man in the Pokecenter and go to Sprite Options -> Clear Sprite Cache.

Otherwise, your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not downloading, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.

Description of Issue + Steps to Reproduce. Oricorio (Ghost) / Lopunny (Normal). Frequently, but not always, taking super-effective damage from fighting type moves, always from a Machop, Machoke, or Machamp fusion. I have to assume the issue is No Guard bypassing the type immunity, but No Guard should not allow fighting or normal type moves to hit ghosts. That is specifically the purview of Scrappy, which that line cannot have.
What you were doing in game when the issue arose. Battles in caves. Battles against Team Rocket. Anywhere the Machop family arises.
Attach screenshots of the issue. Especially if you get a crash error. I don't know about specifics, but I can say for sure this trainer in the Silph building with what I believe was a Machamp and Machoke fusion (not sure which was body) was able to hit me on his first turn. Did not use Foresight or any such move.

Since someone just asked - I can add that my pokemon was not holding an item, and I doubt the opponent was. This has happened with far more than just this trainer. And my ability is Dancer, so it won't come into play, either.

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

Hey @verbal timber! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

When I attempt to open Pokémon infinite fusion on the mobile Joiplay apk app, it immediately shows a script error "Data/scripts.rxdata"

I got the game files from the android link to the installation guide In this channel, then went to the hackmd website and installed all my files there.

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:

Do this first: navigate to the help man in the Pokecenter and go to Sprite Options -> Clear Sprite Cache.

Otherwise, your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not downloading, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)

To fix crashes on specific trainers in legendary mode:

1. Leave the area (if in a building, go outside)
2. In the Game Options, toggle trainers from classic to remix (or vice versa)
3. Go back to that trainer and try again.
4. After the battle, you may change the trainers back to their original setting.

If you get a different crash when you toggle the trainers, try moving to a different area.

There's a cap on sprites that are able to be downloaded (Only Frog knows the actual amount). When that cap is reached, you will have to wait a while for the cap to reset. Talking to the Help Man and resetting your cache will not remove the cap

Thank you I was able to figure it out now. A question about the cap, once a sprite is downloaded, does it stay downloaded even after the cap coolsdown/resets? Like if I leave the game will the sprites that were downloaded be there still and can I download more after a time

Yes, the sprites will stay on your device until you reset your cache again/when spritepacks autoupdate. I don't know the exact amount of time it takes for the cap to reset though

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.
