Do this first: navigate to the help man in the Pokecenter and go to Sprite Options -> Clear Sprite Cache.

Otherwise, your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not download, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.

Hey @median sky! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

If your game is opening and immediately closing, you likely need to do a full reinstall in a new folder. You should be deleting all of your old game/launcher folders! DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW FILES!

Reinstalling on Windows does not affect Save Files in any way. For all other platforms, refer to the installation guides for your device!

For windows only!

If you're using the Launcher:

1. Delete your old launcher folder.
2. Reinstall version 1.1.2 of the launcher from HERE (Yes, even if you're already on 1.1.2)
3. Open the settings tab
4. Click "Reset Config"
   NOTE: The original path that the launcher shows will be your old game folder. That folder should be deleted. The new game folder will be in PIFLauncher(#.#.#)/GameFiles/InfiniteFusion
5. Install/Update the game files.

3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

First one is just that rock climb is learnable, so one can use it with 16 badges before earning the actual HM, the other is that you may be able to skip some Corsola blockades by surfing between some map tiles

The first is pretty dumb, the second I think you may be able to access some areas before you're intended to

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

If you still feel like your sprites are not download, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)

For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well. For Android users, you may also need to turn off your mobile data.

Note: When you are disconnected from the internet, sprites will not be automatically downloaded resulting in missing sprites. You will have 2 now

1 for your old deleted install, with your original save.

1 for your new install, with your new save.

Depending in your steamdeck settings it will have deleted the first if you didnt grab the save beforehand. But I believe the default is that it keeps the "ghost" compatibility folder of your old install

So follow the guide to find them, and dont stop searching after you find the "H" file. They is likely another numbered folder with your "A" file

Also as a side note, having an infinitefusion folder inside an infinitefusion folder does not mean it was done wrong. That is possible when downloading the Luancher because of how it was packaged if you don't extract it out of that double folder.

So the first thing you would do in the olddata bug is to delete everything PIF related except your saves. The Launcher, the Original .zip, AND the game

Next you will download a fancy new .zip from the lightweight guide. Right Click -> Extract All once you get it

So that infinitefusions you were hovering over in your last screenshot, delete it

If you have the launcher it might say piflauncher but I'm unsure since I don't use said launcher

The arrow on the Savefile folder indicates shortcut, not the actual folder. If you click on it, you would be able to see at the top that it is, in fact, a completely different location

To successfully import your own custom sprite, please follow these steps:

Sprite Requirements:

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.
2. Naming Convention: Name your sprite according to the game's dex numbering. For example, a fusion of Aegislash and Goodra should be named 329.446.png.

Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/CustomBattlers/Sprites to import.
3. Paste your sprite into this folder.

In-Game Instructions:

1. Launch the game.
2. The game will automatically detect the new sprites.
3. If you have an existing sprite that you're replacing, select the option "Replace All the old sprites with the new ones" when prompted.

Once completed, you can view your custom sprite in-game from the Pokedex's Sprite tab.
