Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/CustomBattlers/Sprites to import.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

REGARDING SPRITE ISSUES:

NOTE: If you are offline and cannot play the game online, download the newest spritepack from #spritepack-releases (NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANDROID)

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not download, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
Step 4. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses and navigate to Sprite Settings and select "Reset sprite cache" & "Reset displayed alt sprites".

According to the Wiki a player can choose which game mode base Classic or Remix, but I'm not getting that option.
When I select Legendary Mode in both "New Game" and "New Game +" it goes to the "Trainer Application Form" states "The trainers have been shuffled." Asks for Game difficulty, asks if I want Autosave on then proceeds to the game.

I wanted to do a play through like the Keegan J video, with Kanto fused starters and trainers having the legendary fusions of their classic pokemon.

How would I go about a bug report about this? Cycling road in kanto is uh....very broken (sorry I could only record off my phone btw). You can clip through the terrain and objects in multiple spots, and the music is just....absent. Just eerie silence I Used the launcher version of the game for installation if that matters, and in the video I showed where you can clip (there may be more I haven't accidentally found) and it may be a racing bike specific bug as well. Game speed doesn't affect it though

No luck with the computer restart on my end. Also the whole bottom area of cycling road, next to the gate towards fuschia city has various spots you can clip through apparently, not just one.

Also, my bad, the house with the glitchy staircase was the one left of the pokemon center in SAFFRON city, post silph co takeover. The one with the lady who gives you a shiny stone. If you hold right while going up the stairs it also puts you above the fridge causing moving left to take you back upstairs. though doing the same from upstairs doesn't trigger that problem, even though you can still clip over to the fridge. Tapping right while going up or down stairs instead of holding it still let's you use them normally. Here's footage of both, and hopefully my bump sound effect still is Audible so that it's easier to tell that some spots I cant just walk through

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

If you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.
If you still feel like your sprites are not download, ensure that you have your "download data" option enabled and your device is connected to the internet.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
Step 4. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses and navigate to Sprite Settings and select "Reset sprite cache" & "Reset displayed alt sprites".
Step 5. If that did not fix it, delete any game or launcher folders and do a full reinstall.

Onedrive causes many issues in and out of the game. If you see a status column in your game folder or your path has onedrive, that means your game folder is synching to OneDrive and will cause many issues.

To Fix:

1. Move your InfiniteFusion folder to your C:\Users\Your Name\Downloads folder
2. Open the .git folder (use screenshot below if you don't see it) and delete the file named shallow.lock
3. Rerun INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat afterwards to redownload any files OneDrive deleted.

Apologies on the late reply. When I launch Legendary Mode it seems to be defaulting to remix. There isn't any yes/no options when starting a new game relating to randomizing trainers or keeping Kanto starters. I looked through options and didn't see anything relating to classic or remix, and I also thought maybe start a new save with new game as classic then new game+ as legendary over the previous save, but that didn't work.

I did see the trainers options between classic and remix, and its set to Classic, but the starters are still any gen starters, is there a way to get them to only be fusions of the Kanto starters?

I saw this really cute one of Kyogre/Corsola, and wanted to try it out. However, when I fused the two, I got the cursed sprite (you know, the face on the body where it's clearly unnatural). I I did the installer_or_update thing 3x, it said it was successful, but when I go back in the game, the sprite is not available. It lists that the sprite is new, so here's my question; do I need to wait for the sprite to be available in-game, or is something wrong going on with my game?

For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well. For Android users, you may also need to turn off your mobile data.

Note: When you are disconnected from the internet, sprites will not be automatically downloaded resulting in missing sprites. If the game will only work offline for you, you may need to download and import the newest full spritepack from #spritepack-releases. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well. If the game will only work offline for you, you may need to download and import the newest full spritepack from #spritepack-releases. To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

Onedrive causes many issues in and out of the game. If you see a status column in your game folder or your path has onedrive, that means your game folder is synching to OneDrive and will cause many issues.

To Fix:

1. Move your InfiniteFusion folder to your C:\Users\Your Name\Downloads folder
2. Open the .git folder (use screenshot below if you don't see it) and delete the file named shallow.lock

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps to fix:

2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

If your game is opening and immediately closing, you likely need to do a full reinstall in a new folder. DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW FILES!

If you're using the Launcher:

1. Reinstall version 1.1.2 of the launcher from HERE (Yes, even if you're already on 1.1.2)
2. Open the settings tab
3. Click "Reset Config"
   NOTE: The original path that the launcher shows will be your old game folder. That folder should be deleted. The new game folder will be in PIFLauncher(#.#.#)/GameFiles/InfiniteFusion
4. Install/Update the game files.

If you're not using the Launcher:

Reinstall the Lightweight installer in a NEW folder from Here

If you are on a non-Windows device, follow the [guide](#tech-support message) for your device to reinstall.

Reinstalling on Windows does not affect Save Files in any way. For all other platforms, refer to the installation guides for your device!

1 is titled Performance

the other two are just Game

one is what the launcher uses to open the game

i keep crashing every couple minutes consistently even when doing entire fresh installs of the game and deleting all previous files ill download and still the game comes unzipped with corrupted files , is there any way to fix this?

When you use the Pokéradar, a repel automatically activates and grass will shake. This indicates which tile the Pokémon is in. If you are having issues with the encounters fleeing or need more info, use the Wiki Page: Wiki LINK

They do not ship corrupted.

Something on your end is not playing nice with the files, and/or is making extraction fail to finish properly.

Check out our alt download. we manually check that everything in there is working 100% as expected. If your issue still persist on there you know for sure it is something on your end.

i dont doubt it but ill extract for example and all the png files in the graphics files are blank meaning the game wouldnt load em and boom crash

I know this has been reported previously but I'm trying to elaborate on it.
When using the PokeRadar, every time I take a single step or turn my character after using the radar I get a normal encounter regardless of what patches shake and the level/ability of my lead Pokemon (about 10 lv above as suggested). Tested all the following:
-Occurs with/without Black Flute active
-Occurs with/without running/biking/speedup
-Occurs with/without other repels or Fusion Incense active at time of Radar use
-Occurs after leaving and returning to the grass patch or the area/route
My intention was to test if Radar-exclusive encounters can be encountered as fusions with normal encounters when the Radar is used, but the only time I can encounter Radar-exclusives is when they shake in the patch immediately in front of the player as turning in any other direction causes an immediate normal encounter.

I'm currently in Rt 1, I'll move to a different route and try to recreate. I have a feeling that because I had fusion incense active at the time of initial Radar use, it messed everything up and now even though the incense has expired and is no longer active it is still acting as if it is, including increasing the rate of encounter for wild fusions.

Yep, same issue. I moved to Rt. 2 and used only the radar, with nothing else active that would affect encounter rates, and each time turning to approach a shaking patch resulted in an immediate encounter with a fusion of normal encounters for the route. Three wild fusions with no incense active is awfully coincidental imo

reinstalling seems to of fixed this exact issue but i been having a problem the last few hours of corrupted files , ive double checked and disabled my firewalls and any anti virus protection , and i think i quite literally installed the game nearly 20 times , i dont have a clue whats going on and apparently i am the only one with this issue lol

The goal is to make sure OneDrive is NOT in the file path. The most recommended place is the downloads folder. If you're worried about accidentally deleting it, mark the folder as hidden
