• If you're on or above 6.6.0 double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat to update.
• If you're below 6.6.0 you must either reinstall in a NEW folder (since the updater won't work due to bugs) or use the New Launcher to update.
• Reinstalling doesn’t remove or require you to move any Save Files.

Having an issue with randomizer options across multiple saves, the following options do not result in random TMs. The TMs are only randomizing when all items are randomized making it impossible to get shuffled TMs without shuffling potions, berries, etc as well.

Reshuffling TMs via the help man does not fix the issue.

The most likely reason your game is opening and closing is due to improperly updated game files. We mention in #downloads to not update ANY files versions below 6.6.0.

➡️ IF you have seen even a single custom or base sprite for any pokemon:

--- Your game is fine and working properly.

----- the game can only download a limited number of sprites per time unit while playing before going on cooldown, you simply hit the maximum for now.

----- check you have your "download data" option enabled.

➡️ IF you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:

--- Your game is not fine nor working properly.

----- This is likely the result of you messing with files, either to cheat or try to "fix" stuff. OR you have "download data" turned off in options.

step 1. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
step 2. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses > advanced > other > reset > reset sprite cache & reset alt selection
step 3. If that did not fix it: do a full reinstall.

➡️ IF you for some reason still do not believe your game is working properly:

step 1. delete your whole install
step 2. reinstall following our guide in downloads
step 3. go to a pokecenter
step 4. talk to the man in the black suit with sunglasses > advanced > other > reset > reset sprite cache
step 5. with the same man: advanced > other > reset > reset alt selection

🔴 After following the applicable steps your sprites are working. If you encounter missing sprites it is simply because of the sprite download cooldown. Keep playing and sprites will show up.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

does anyone else have huge issues when using controller? im using a ps5 controller and anytime i even slighlty nudge the movement stick, it gets a mind of its own and i cant control my character or any menus (because its going crazy as if i have drift in every direction)
usually it is fixed by opening controls menu (shift +f1) or unplugging and replugging
but now it wont go away and i cant really play with it anymore
its npt the controller as its brand new and has no issues on any other game and not even slight drift when checking for it

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

Is it possible that before u start a new game that the player can activate or deactivate some modifiers like:random Pokémon encounter, attack randomizer on catched Pokémon, random trainer Pokémon, only the first encounter is catchable on the routes, random found items and maybe in a bigger update that u can sync your game with the game from a friend to do some extra challenges like soullink or something and that you can choose if Pokémon fusions appears in general (trainer fight, encounter)

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

If you're encountering missing sprites

**If you just updated to 6.6, do the reset cache steps mentioned in this #announcements message post.
**The game comes with all sprites preinstalled, up until the February 2025 Pack.
The remaining packs will be downloaded as you play, as long as you have "Download Data" turned on and your device is connected to wifi. You do not need to do anything for them.

Keep in mind, the auto download does not have infinite speed or capacity and will not trigger if you are not actively encountering new sprites (ex; battling, checking the Pokedex, etc.).
After downloading X amount of sprites per time unit Y, it will be paused for a bit. We cannot adjust this limit and there is nothing you can do as the player to skip it or make it go faster.

The first time you encounter a base Pokemon, it will select a random one of all sprites, if it is a new one that hasn't been downloaded yet, it will show as missing.
The same goes for fusions but with a little more nuance. To keep it simple, think of it the same.
Again, nothing wrong with your game. You just hit a download cap.

Note: Updating your game resets all your auto-downloaded sprites. do not attempt to "fix" this with updating. It will just make everything start from the beginning.

2. Double click SaveFile

5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

assuming you have autosave on, the default is when ever you heal at a pokemon center

if all the saves are corrupt that likely means there is an issue with the game files; most common problem is they are being touched by cloudsync in some fashion

and then place that in your normal save folder, telling it to replace the old one since that is broken

File A.rxdata is your current save that is broken
you go into the backups folder
go into the File A folder and find the most recent backup save [usually the one at the top]

you will need to right clich that save and rename it so it doesn't have all that extra stuff on the end

in the above you delete everything after the .rxdata part then cut that save and paste it in the main save folder to replace the original File A.rxdata

• If you're on or above 6.6.0 double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat to update.
• If you're below 6.6.0 you must either reinstall in a NEW folder (since the updater won't work due to bugs) or use the New Launcher to update.
• Reinstalling doesn’t remove or require you to move any Save Files.
• If playing on a Randomized save, make sure to reshuffle after updating. Use ?tag reshuffle if you need help.

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

file corruption is a bit rare, usually happens either because the game files are touched by cloudsync or the game being closed without it saving properly

Onedrive causes many issues in and out of the game. If you see a status column in your game folder or your path has onedrive, that means your game folder is synching to OneDrive and will cause many issues.

To Fix:

1. Move your InfiniteFusion folder to your C:\Users\Your Name\Downloads folder
2. Open the .git folder (use screenshot below if you don't see it) and delete the file named shallow.lock
3. Rerun INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat afterwards to redownload any files OneDrive deleted.
