During my playthrough I caught a Nidoran(f) that had its hidden ability - hustle. By now i've evolved it into nidoqueen. The issue that presents itself now is that if i undo the fusion of my pidgeotto and my nidoqueen, i lose the hidden ability completely. Neither Pidgeotto nor Nidoqueen has it.
No transfer or reverse solves the issue, no matter if i reverse or not the hidden ability dies from both pokemon, which is extremely sad.
Is there something i can do?

I'm on win11 pro, heard there are issues with the pro version, could that include it?

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.

6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

Hey @sleek drift! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Fixing Randomized Trainers Always Staying the Same Type

1. Must be on 6.4.6+ for this to work. If you aren't on 6.4.6+, update your game and reshuffle your settings. If you don't know how to reshuffle, type: ?tag reshuffle

2. You need to go to the Pokémon center, talk to help man and select fix game. Must be done AFTER updating on 6.4.6+

3. You need to enter any gym and exit. Weird I know, but the dev put in a fix for that bug at entrances to gyms.

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.
4. If your save slot was A, double click the File A folder
5. Rename whichever save file you want to revert back to "File A.rxdata"
6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed
   Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter instead on step 6.

yeah I just got a notification about reshuffling. with regards to that: I think for mine I only need to reshuffle wild mons, trainers, and the items. do any issues arise from re-randomizing? like not being able to get certain mons or items/TMs since specific items have already been obtained?

The only “issues” would be that everything is re-randomized. So if you were getting rayquaza on route 1, you’re not going to anymore. If your pokeballs randomized to max revives, they won’t be anymore

I guess the main thing I was concerned about would be something like... let's say theoretically I've beaten 2 gyms. I got my TM rewards for beating them (which were randomized). After reshuffling, those TMs got changed to something else, which I would've originally gotten somewhere else in the game. Now, since I've already beaten the gyms, it's impossible to get those TMs again unless I reshuffle until they're available somewhere else.
