Fixing Randomized Trainers Always Staying the Same Type

1. Must be on 6.4.6+ for this to work. If you aren't on 6.4.6+, update your game and reshuffle your settings. If you don't know how to reshuffle, type: ?tag reshuffle

2. You need to go to the Pokémon center, talk to help man and select fix game. Must be done AFTER updating on 6.4.6+

3. You need to enter any gym and exit. Weird I know, but the dev put in a fix for that bug at entrances to gyms.

the only thing different on expert mode compared to classic are the trainer teams.

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.
4. If your save slot was A, double click the File A folder
5. Rename whichever save file you want to revert back to "File A.rxdata"
6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed
   Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter instead on step 6.

Hi All, I downloaded the game for my son a while ago. Logging on now with him most of the sprites were white circles with question marks on it for the fusions. I have run the updater and the sprites I couldn’t see before are now showing, however the base Pokémon he has like charizard and sandslash are now question marks. Do I need to do a full new re-install or manually upload the sprite pack?

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon. If you have more options, reshuffle each.

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

i did the Rocket pinkan side-quest, caught a carbink in mt. moon, went to look for a fomantis but couldn't, and then tried looking for elite trainers, found in in the pokémon mansion, got a ditto mask before that, saved before Expert Blaze, reloaded my game with F12, and then the error happened

besides playing the game, i deleted my old IF folder, downloaded the lightweight thing to install the latest update, and afterwards i didn't touch the files at all, i was just playing the game

hi, im on mac and i tried to execute the install or update command like the whisky guide showed me and i am getting

You need to delete the .git folder
