I'm trying to figure out why I'm missing sprites. For fusions and base sprites I only have up to Luvdisc. (#501) I've tried reinstalling and updating using the launcher and lightweight installer. I've also tried manually installing the spritepack

Yeah that's how I noticed they were missing. There are blank spots, and I checked the folder the sprites are saved in, and I only have up to #501

So I'm decently far into my randomized playthrough surfing around Knott Island to grab the PC part for a quest and upon surfing around I get a message about an error of some kind telling me to go back and re-randomize the game to fix the issue and then using the Poke Radar it crashes with this as its pop up, updated the game and went to the NPC to fix and re-randomize the wild pokemon only so if anyone would be able to help it would be most appreciated

Be aware, remapping controllers does not work outside of Xbox Controllers. You need to use a 3rd party app like Steam or JoyToKey to remap your controller to keyboard presses.

I followed all the steps and its still giving me the same error

The game takes ages to load, the black screen at the beggining is incredibly long, opening the PC in a pokemon center and moving the coursor is painfully slow. I installed the game yesterdady and it worked just fine, 0 problems. I did not do anything. I tried every step, and I can't fix it. I uninstalled and re-installed it with different launchers in different storing units, but it makes no differences. The game just wont work. Idk what else I'm suppose to do. You can see my machine shouldn't be an issue, and my internet connection, even if not the fastest, shouldn't be an issue I think.

i think you are misunderstanding the purpose of those tools

Unarchiver is for extracting the large zip. It helps it extract faster, but optional.

Homebrew is required to even open the game files to play it. It isnt optional. Wine requires it.

VMs will just slow your performance due to the overhead of a VM and trying to make sure it has enough space/ram to run. You dont need a vm to play this game

the game wont run, as I've been told, because I had windows 10 pro. I upgraded my windows, however, it turned up to have been upgraded to 11 pro instead of home, the game is still not working. My machine is way beyond what this game requires. It won't run with this OS, i'm already running out of ideas.

I just downloaded the newest version of the game after not palying for a very long time, (iirc the last version I had was 5.2?) and my player character's sprite is very bugged, I applied the default outfits but it's still bugged.

this means your controller is not supported with the version of joiplay we use. We use an old version of joiplay

someone else had this issue and they had to update to a newer version of joiplay, but newer versions of joiplay break this game

I believe this is an issue with the year of the controller possibly but this is a joiplay issue so nothing we can solve here

many reasons this can happen. But hard for us to troubleshoot.

1. Check if your batteries are good (if it is a battery controller)
2. Check if the latest firmware is installed on your controller
3. Restart your computer (dont shutdown, but use the restart option)
4. Your controller could be too new for this old game. Especially using non main brand controllers
5. Computer is disconnecting the controller

There’s really no point to randomizing expert trainers as they have set team specifically to make them “expert” (harder). Randomizing the teams defeats the purpose of it. So to answer your question, no there’s no plans to “fix” it because it’s not entirely a bug

So naturally the fix is don't randomize trainers on expert mode - either by not randomizing (which is shown in the steps), or not enabling expert -> which is just classic randomized then which is totally cool

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.
4. If your save slot was A, go to the File A folder
5. Rename whichever save file you want to revert back to "File A.rxdata"
6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed
   Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter instead on step 6.

The error you are having is due to a corrupted save in your save folder conflicting with your current save.

Note: Ensure you know which save file is corrupted before continuing. You can see the save slot on the save selection screen.

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Delete the save file causing issues.
4. If you don't know which it is, you can remove the save 1 by 1 from this folder until you find it

im downloading game and um i wanna know the steps 4 and onward are they hard

STEP 6 INSTALL RPG MAKER
Install RPG Maker APK (RPGMPlugin-1.20.53-patreon-release.apk)
