Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

The game barely supports controllers and the only advice we have is in the bot post. Also you have to setup things in Steam, not just launch it through there

The only other thing you can try is deleting the keybindings file and reopen the game to try a fresh controller file

Git has locked your game folder from updating. To fix:

1. Open your game folder.
2. Enable the setting to view hidden files. Screenshot below shows how to see that.
3. Delete the .git folder you will see in your folder now
4. Delete your Data folder (This will reset your game data, but it will keep your save data)
5. Update Again by double clicking on INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

If you did download from a fake site, go through these steps:

2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.

I am experiencing issues with frequent crashes running either the normal or performance version of the game. I downloaded through the discord, and am running it on my desktop. If you have onedrive, putting the game on desktop is a bad idea. We mention in our guides to place the game in your Downloads folder since onedrive breaks the game

please make sure you are using the correct files from step 2 and 3, and then optimize the maps as the screenshot shows

if the issue persists after that, then your device isn't compatible with the game anymore

If you did download from a fake site, go through these steps:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

1. Don’t install in your documents folder. Onedrive syncs here and also has a lot of permission issues
2. did you download the launcher today? If so, the game comes with the zip, so you don’t need to install again. The guide for the launcher shows how to link it together
