Lightweight Installer Update:

  1. Open your game folder
  2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

  1. Open the App
  2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Both options will update the game files for you. If it didn't, rerun the update and wait for it to finish. Take and share a screenshot of the window to #tech-support

Hello, i downloaded the fusion installer and started the game. Everything works well. Then i saw you can download an sprite installer. I guess that one is for custom fusion sprites? I downloaded it and tried to install it but then the installer said i have an old version of the base game, but its the newest version (2.9.8.7) . Is this an issue or are the custom fusion sprites already intalled with the base game installer? I already installed the normal custom sprites through the fusion app

Use this link the installers go down (GitHub issues), don't know if your files are authentic, or have weird issues like missing background textures. These files 100% work.

Steps:

  1. Delete your current game folder you have (this won't delete the save).
  2. Download the game from: HERE.
  3. Extract it into a new folder but make sure to leave it in your Downloads folder to avoid other issues (OneDrive).
  4. Open Game.exe from it (not game-preloaded).

This will make sure you have fresh game data and also the correct files. If you are still having issues, this means your issue is 100% an issue with your computer.

Randomised Mode:
Randomised mode is only offered if you already have a save file, so that people will play classic mode for their first playthrough.
You can start a game, save, quit, and start a new game if you want to play random, but it's not recommended to randomise trainers for your first time.

It will run up untill trainer card, If I attempt to insert a name, it will crash (black screen with audio)

And if I try and hit confirm and just accept red as default name it freezes with the trainer card. Pulled up, playing audio but will not load further. Is this a setting issue? Can my phone not handle it? What do?

Trying to edit code to enable cheats will **NOT **work. Magic boots are only available from in game rewards by catching the 470 Base Pokemon.

The only help we will provide to "fix" your issue is to give you the information to delete your game folder and reinstall using the files in #downloads message. This does not affect your save files.

The launcher self destructed and delete the game. So you need to install the launcher, redownload the game and you can keep playing your save.

Trying to edit code to enable cheats will **NOT **work. Magic boots are only available from in game rewards by catching the 470 Base Pokemon.

The only help we will provide to "fix" your issue is to give you the information to delete your game folder and reinstall using the files in #downloads message. This does not affect your save files.

Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

Lightweight Installer:

  1. Open your Game Folder
  2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
  3. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

App Installer:

  1. Open the App -> Click Settings -> Click Open Game Folder
  2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
  3. Go back to the App -> Installation Menu -> Update Game

Afterwards, reopen the game.

as to what is causing it to corrupt; generally happens with a couple of things.

  • using f12 carelessly
  • using the debugger as an escape rope too much
  • closing the game while it is saving (same goes for closing on an autosave)
  • crashes to desktop
  • cheating

? mark or Invisible sprites are an issue with your internet. You need to be connected to stable internet and be on the latest version of the game to see sprites:

  • HotSpot/Mobile Data doesn't count.

How to Reset your Sprite Pull:

  1. Open your menu in game and select Options.
  2. Go to the option named Download Spritesand turn it OFF.
  3. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm at the bottom or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
  4. Open options again and turn Download Sprites back ON.
  5. Save your game and close it.
  6. Reopen the game and your sprites should appear.

Game Backup

Use this link the installers go down (GitHub issues), don't know if your files are authentic, or have weird issues like missing background textures. These files 100% work.

Steps:

  1. Delete your current game folder you have (this won't delete the save).
  2. Download the game from: HERE.
  3. Extract it into a new folder but make sure to leave it in your Downloads folder to avoid other issues (OneDrive).
  4. Open Game.exe from it (not game-preloaded).

This will make sure you have fresh game data and also the correct files. If you are still having issues, this means your issue is 100% an issue with your computer.
