When you download a game, it is put in your Downloads folder.

When you extract files, it creates a folder in your downloads folder unless you put it somewhere else

so you can look there to start, but just depends where you put your own files 😅

Lightweight Installer:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

App Installer:

1. Open the App -> Installation Menu -> Update Game (this will delete the Data folder and bring it back for you)

Afterwards, reopen the game.

i fused 2 togepis; one with hustle, one with serene grace, then evolved them into a togetic/togetic fusion, but when i unfused them, both togetics had hustle. is this a bug?

i also did this with an azumarill and another pokemon i dont recall, i also dont recall if i had evolved a marill into an azumarill inside the fusion or if it was already an azumarill when i fused them, but i most likely evolved the other pokemon since i was grinding to fill the dex, but i know the azumarill had its hidden ability, i had caught it in an ability ball. yet, when i unfused them, azumarill instead had thick fat. i dont know if pokemon abilities getting shuffled on unfuse is a bug or a feature, but MAN is it annoying

The game requires stable internet to install and play. Your internet connection dropped as it was downloading causing the error. You can either:

1. Try again until it works.

Whenever the game closes with no error messages, that is your computer crashing the game, not the game/code breaking.

We usually recommend reinstalling to solve this issue, but since you already did that and you have no error message to provide to us to give us a starting point to help you, there isn't much we can provide to help.

Only thing I can recommend you looking at is this guide for the Event Viewer on your computer. it logs errors, you can probably see what is crashing on your machine

How to Reset your Sprite Pull:

1. Open your menu in game and select Options.
2. Go to the option named Download Spritesand turn it OFF.
3. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm at the bottom or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
4. Open options again and turn Download Sprites back ON.
5. Save your game and close it.
6. Reopen the game and your sprites should appear.

Hey @obtuse tree! Do you need to install sprites? No. The game by default install sprites as you encounter Pokemon over the internet. No need to install anything.

Why do we have sprite packs? If you have unstable internet, you can use the sprite packs to install them manually using this Guide.

its just that all the old custom trainers follow a different format than we use now. These custom trainers will not be updated by the dev; thats something you'd either have to do yourself, or wait for the spriter that made it to update it. if they ever do.

Lightweight Installer Update:

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

1. Open the App
2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Both options will update the game files for you. If it didn't, rerun the update and wait for it to finish. Take and share a screenshot of the window to #tech-support

I made a new save on a file that had already completed some quests and I guess it glitched out and says I have completed some quests but when I going to the quest guy, he says I have no completed quests, 4 ongoing (mushroom lady, bug evolution, revive, and oricorio). However I have completed the Revive quest again and its not saying that I've completed it

Hey, I know I just joined but there's something I really need to ask

I've been playing on and off for about a year, and at some point my game started having heavy lags. After trying to fix and all that I decided to delete and reinstall everything
I then noticed there still was file saved on my computer (I could load my old savefile and all my options were still all set as before)
I hunted down every single files I could find, all that multiple times, but I hadn't redownloaded the game one the last time I did that.
All that took place between 6.0 and 6.1
Today I downloaded it again, on the 6.2. I install everything, boot up the game, ask for not importing anything. Lo and behold : Old savefile and options still set

Is there just any way to get rid of everything ? I'm kinda wondering if the issues I've been having weren't tied to those old options, but I can't figure that out since I can't get rid of them (I'm not asking for a way to get rid of the lag, just the files)

Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

Lightweight Installer:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

App Installer:

1. Open the App -> Installation Menu -> Update Game (this will delete the Data folder and bring it back for you)

Afterwards, reopen the game.

Why do we have sprite packs? If you have unstable internet, you can use the sprite packs to install them manually using this Guide.
