Hi, I'm having an odd issue, I'm trying to set the game up for Android, I followed all the steps in the doc from the subreddit and I can get the game to start, but if I click on options from the main menu it just takes me to a black screen. Also, if I hit new game it will load the next page, but then I hit enter to type my name it also just goes to a black screen and nothing happens. I'm on a pixel 8 pro running android 14. Yeah black screen in this game is a loading screen, but you shouldn't be getting that many in between actions. We see this on PC with lower end laptops, but with Android it kinda is what it is unfortunately. There is a joiplay update with more performance improvements but it does crash the game using flash and thunderbolt. Not sure when/if they going to fix that

well when you turn on the option, it randomizes the items already.

When you turn it off, it doesn't revert it back to normal. Instead it stops randomizing things further. That is how it works for pokemon at least. I dont play with randomized items

That is because you using an old version of the installer. But try this first. Open your game folder and delete the data folder (this is just game data not your save). Then update again

There is a bug with updating for small number of users

Then when opening the game, recheck proton ge is set. Some ppl it turned it off

I think I finally know what is going on with my Infinite Fusion game. Everytime it has to connect to the internet, it spends a while trying and inevitably failing. I think it is because I started the game on one network, and am now trying to play it on another network due to moving houses. simply played it bc of the randomized aspect and using the debug mode to look for good-looking fusions. If the Debug mode was unlockable after completing a randomized file there'd be no problem, but a non-randomised file is just like any other pokemon game

Just a heads up, but I noticed that the sprites for dive_default.png in the bases/overworld/default folder are incorrect. The third row is just a repeating sprite, so it won't do the kicking animation properly.

Judging by the icon, this is something to do with cloud storage.
We do not recommend you install the game on a cloud enabled location, as it will sometimes remove files from there to free up space automatically.
