Your save file is located in: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\InfiniteFusion. The game folder has a shortcut to this folder named: Savefile
Each save file represents the save slot you saved into. Example: If you saved into Slot A, your save is named File A.rxdata

sorry I don't know where to ask but can someone tell me if graphics>characters>player folder is the place to put custome player characters sprites in? It lacks a surf fishing sprite it looks like. I see there are some instances in the characters folder having the player sprites to so I'm a bit confused

Only the images in the player folder are used for the player. If the character folder has the missing image, you can add it to the player folder and it will fix it.

We created a bug a couple weeks ago, where the player goes invisible because of this issue

likely the command prompt is spitting out the most common error of an unexpected disconnect, but rerun the install_or_update bat file, and when it is done, grab a screenshot of the entire command prompt screen and post it here as megaman said

The game requires stable internet to install and play. Your internet connection dropped as it was downloading causing the error. You can either:

1. Try again until it works.
2. Use our new app installer with more network code and it provides an alt download link to install the game if it fails. [More Info](#tech-support message)

if your internet is too bad for that, it'll give you a pop up which will redirect you to a download linked to the repo

i've found a weird bug - i'm randomly having items vanish from my bag. i've been thiefing quick powders from ditto, and had four of them in my bag. now they're all missing. my amulet coin also went missing - i thought i'd accidentally traded it on a pokemon to an npc but i'm thinking now that it must have also been victim to this bug. is this a known issue?

There is a bug with having a full party and using the menu to swap a pokemon out with someone in your party. When you do this, it is deleting items. Avoid this menu

@blazing python Did some testing - 3/3 times I attempted to thief an item that was already present in my bag, the item in my bag was deleted (or thief took the item from my bad instead of the pokemon). Looks like that's indeed the case. Dunno if that counts as bug confirmation or anectdotal but wanted to give you the follow-up

Hi, I am using the video guild for installing the game on the Steam Deck. After download the game files, I get an error when extract the .rar file. Move those two into your current game folder. When you do that, it will ask you to REPLACE the ones you current have. Select yes. Done.

Hey! So, I know the RGSS script bug is due to clicking when the game loads, but how long should I wait for the game to load? I’m in the title screen now, and any time it attempts to fuse any two of the Pokémon, it buffers pretty heavily. Hitting enter or clicking to move to the new game page makes it freeze and gives me the script error. How long should I wait on the title screen for it to work? When it fuses Pokémon without lagging? I’m downloading it on a friend’s computer and my own personal laptop didn’t do this, which is really funny cuz my laptop is significantly worse than his PC

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

This will fix the issue going forward, but sprites already messed up you might have to fix yourself from the Pokedex.

but back then fusion data [i.e., how typings ended up when 2 pokemon were fused together] was more set in stone
because of this, it took up a lot of space in the code, limiting the pokedex to 420 mons

a way was found so that instead of having the data set in stone, it could be done on the fly

this made it so for the first time in over 2-3 years, new mons could be added to the game

now the only real limition on mons is a combination of the dev having the time to add them in; and the Gen 7 cap [anything from Gen 8+ has different coding, to add them in would mean remaking the game from scratch, possibly in a new engine]

So I just accidentally encountered a glitched triple fusion.

I don't know how, but my game somehow fused Sandsaur and Sentret.

The sprite appears as Regice/Sentret though which is REALLY weird.

Yeah you will see alot but the more you do it, the more your game breaks and save will not be workable after

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

This will fix the issue going forward, but sprites already messed up you might have to fix yourself from the Pokedex.

So when you install preloaded sprites it deletes the sprites before installing them all. By not completing the installation, it still has a separate folder of sprites missing

So it is invisible because you missing the sprite and it takes a bit to reinstall the sprite over the internet after you encounter the Mon

Also having it on your d drive means it will perform slower so prob why it takes a bit to download the sprite

Easiest fix I believe would be to open the app installer, go to the installation menu, and select update game. It will say the game did not update but it will restore that missing folder.

Or open your game folder and double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat. They both do the same thing

2. from what i understand joiplay is having a hard time making their stuff work on i0S, even if they do get it working, there is no guarantee PIF will work on that variant of joiplay/rpgmaker
