Preloaded is only for computers that perform poorly or if you want to play 100% offline. Otherwise, open Game.exe and the game will open without crashing.

@fading igloo Just FYI, I separated the COULDN'T find error messages.

So if it says COULDN'T FIND the customBaseSprite, that means custom sprites were installed but anti virus blocked the app from moving them to the correct folder. Ill pin or save this message somewhere: #tech-support message

If it says COULDN'T FIND a sprite in CustomBattlers, that means the custom sprites were not installed.

you can use the app installer to (re)install the game, or you find the game folder and relink it to the app

bit more complicated, but in short: the app installer used the game folder already so it cant start a 2nd process to install the game ... however, clicking "ok" sends you to a google doc

tho,m before you download again, follow the given path from the app installer to locate your game folder and look whats in there

So my randomizer encountered an issue and now it is fusing everything. There are no longer any normal pokemon in my world. This keeps happening every time I load this save.

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

This will fix the issue going forward, but sprites already messed up you might have to fix yourself from the Pokedex.

Sprites didn't install because the tool cannot complete DNS resolution. Likely because you are behind a proxy or firewall as indicated by -> getaddrinfo() thread failed to start

At any rate, this is something on your end, so I can only suggest you to try a couple "non-invasive" methods that don't involve messing with firewall rules.

1. Try restarting your pc. Actually use the restart option in the start menu. Do not turn it off and then on, Use the restart function.
2. Run the app-launcher as administrator by right clicking it and selecting "Run as administrator"

Hey @ocean iron! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Alright something's going on. I've imported the tyranitar/torterra sprite thrice now with different numbering names but it still won't show in-game what th is going on
