You should just delete your game folder, and run a virus scan. If it says, you are good , re-download the game and you are good to go.

Hey @thin basalt! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.
You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Got the game running on Steam Deck, managed to play it last night with no troubles. Wake up this morning to play again, speed up function isn't working. System is brand new and other games on the system using that same button work fine, so I know the system itself is functioning normally and it's just IF having the issue. Any thoughts?
EDIT: Figured it out; plugged keyboard into the system and adjusted keybindings to re-bind L1 to the speed-up function. 🙂

Hi - I would like to add an alt sprite to my own game manually. I have read the guide linked in one of the pins for swapping sprites, and searched around this server some, but haven't found any comments about directly adding an alt sprite rather than swapping for an existing one.
E.g., if I wish to add a personal alt sprite for 123.123, (and 123.123a does not yet exist), if I add in an image named "123.123a" (with all the requisites on size, file type, etc. fulfilled for normal sprite swapping), will it comfortably appear in-game?
This seems like it would be fine, but I don't know if there's an index somewhere that might get offset by this action.

well, preloaded is more if you have a bad internet connection, and it allows you to play offline as you install all of the sprites instead of the game connecting to the internet to download sprites and all that

I've installed the game without issue a year ago but figured after returning to it I may as well use the new launcher with update capabilities.
Comparing it to the guide video, where "Click Install to Install the App." triggers a window to appear that handles the installation process in the vid it simply doesn't happen for me and instead the batch file finishes executing. I can't see any error messages, and I'm running on win 11 home.

but getting stuck on the island after catching both and the only way off is debugger, that is an issue
you should be able to get back in the bed and just leave so the fact we have documented proof of it happening

I got cresselia for free by completing the quest then i fought darkrai and 3 of 6 of my pokemon fainted and i used 15 ultra balls and 1 great ball and got him and named him Shadow Man And then i tried to leave through the bed and it did not work

the only 2 notes in there that are of import are:

If you are having sudden performance issues out of nowhere, restart your computer (no joke). Don’t shut down the computer as it just puts it to sleep. Use the restart option to free up processes on your computer.
This has fixed this issue for many people
