You should try to read NPC dialogue! They give very good hints on how to continue the game. Sometimes they also give you items! Don't forget to talk to NPC's and read what they say.

Hello I tried to download the latest version of the IF Launcher (google drive file updated about 9 hours ago) and even when I run the .bat program as administrator I get the stupid windows security settings blocking it from running. About 12 hours ago I was trying to get the new IF Launcher to install and I kept running into the issue that it could not find the program file, and now it doesn't even get that far. Is there a way to disable the windows security entirely so I can install this.

i little while ago i had a long battle on this same computer getting rid of all adobe files which was damn near impossible

there were about 120 files in system32 that i deleted

Uploading a sprite for Haxorus head Venusaur body, would 368.3.png be the correct naming? The sprite imported into game and shows on my indexed folder, yet it does not show up on sprite selection in-game.

Hey @silent forum! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

The game doesn't have like save file backups or cloud synching, so the save files wouldn't get erased on their own. Something external would be causing this issue

So I've managed to get the bicycle music and safari zone music to play by manually adding files with the appropriate names to the BGM folder (SSANNE.ogg and safari.ogg, respectively). I've tried .mp3 and .ogg variants of "Cycling Road," "Cycling," "Route 16," and "Route 17" so far, as well as their all-lowercase equivalents, so I'm starting to suspect the filename is going to be something non-obvious (like how SSANNE is tied to the bicycle for some reason).

If metronome chooses one of those moves, it crashes.

answer that questions and then rethink about what you said ... the dev has some other things to take care of than some unfinished moves .. like the modern mode playtest fix, adding the other 4 pokemon, some other issues with the game code

metronome is just a move that uses a random move, and since this game uses gen7 learnset from any pokemon, it can cause a crash because some pokemon arent in the game (yet)

step 2 the second option, and then the extra step of the nomedia file

basically for whatever reason you are getting an error that should only be showing up for game-preloaded

the above will help solve that, I'd recommend you uninstall the IF you have and install the preloaded variant

the nomedia will just ensure sprites don't end up in your gallery

Yeah as our performance tips mention, if you are using preloaded and still having issues, you have to look at your computer to solve the issue. Preloaded is already our most optimized version of the game.

disconnecting during saving is the more common one.

During saving, interruptions will cause your save to get corrupted. Not waiting for it to finish while saving or crashing while saving

Especially during Auto Saves. Ppl have auto save on and it will save while a crash in battle can corrupt

so a lot of variables, but either way we can't restore corrupted saves

Hey @radiant crater! This game is not made for mobile! The only workaround is to install JoiPlay, but any performance issues, bugs, or issues with Android are not fixable. No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.
