Hello, until yesterday I could play the game just fine, but got a blackscreen on skipping the title cutscene since this morning. Downloaded v6 (from official forum post), tried the regular version, everything is super slow, which can be fixed in options but sprites show as "?" if auto donwload turned off. I tried the preloaded .exe, and got the following error when reaching title screen (after ~2minutes loading in a black screen):

or if you have to use game preloaded, you need to download the preloaded sprites

those can be found in the first pin

you can use either the sprite installer Mega made, or do a manual install

Before that I noticed some sprites being invisible, even base ones, but I just assumed it's the download timing out because my internet is terrible.

Yeah 1 person had this issue yday and I believe they added the installer folder to windows defender and it worked after

cause it is trying to delete old sprites and create a new file named errorlog.txt to track errors while installing, but their computer was giving access denied. Same with that Git License file

Worst case, at least I still have one of 5.x's updates backed up on a flash drive. I'll grab the new error log if this happens again, since Ive already deleted the previous attempt.

J'ai installé pokémon infinite fusion se matin et j'ai un petit soucis avec le jeu.
Tout fonctionne très bien hormis le temps de chargement entre chaque sorti de combats et chaque sortie de bâtiment.. L'écran devient noir pendant environ 10 à 20 secondes alors que quand je rentre en combat ou dans un bâtiment le chargement et instantané.
Si quelqu'un a déjà eu se petit soucis et qui connaît la raison je suis preneur.

This game is developed for Windows and we do not have a chromebook tutorial because we don't have chromebooks ourselves and the playerbase for it is small.

From what I have seen, people have downloaded the game and then added the game to steam as a non steam game and opened it through there.
If you are more comfortable with command line, people have installed Wine and use that to open it. Obiously the first route is better if you have steam installed

If you need to play offline, then the sprites in #downloads are missing a lot. That's only custom sprites. You'll need the autogen sprites too or you'll be seeing lots of question marks instead of fusions. Not everything has a custom sprite.

In JoiPlayLong tap on game icon --> Edit. Set engine type to RPG Maker (mkxp-z)

That takes you to the Save folder
Delete all the items in here. Don't delete the folder, just all the items and try opening the game again

Then your device might not support the game. The game isn’t developed for android so this is just a workaround to try to get it to work but if it doesn’t work, we have no other way around it. Usually uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-ins that we provide work.

Hi, love the game, I can tell it's a labor of love and tears.
Can anyone help with the issues I'm experiencing?

1. transitions take between 4-12 seconds, depending on the type of transition
2. I could have sworn my Bulbasaur learned Vine Whip, and then suddenly, he had just 3 moves again (he's level 12 now, still no damage-dealing grass
3. I fused my Pyukumuku with Meowth, and they both disappeared (fortunately, I saved before, but now I'm afraid to fuse again)
4. Unfusing either doesn't work, or I don't have the patience to wait out the loading time.

it's normal for the game to stutter a bit when selecting or moving an auto-generated sprite in the pc or pokemon list btw (while custom sprites don't normally cause problem exept when first fusing)

My biggest delays are actually transitions between locations (entering/exiting the forest, pokemon centers etc). I don't have delays when encountering new mons, but I do when the battle ends or if I'm switching a mon

3. This does not happen with normal setup of the game. Are you sure it disappeared and didn't go to your box? The fusion turns into 1 new pokemon, so you wouldn't see the 2 anymore, just the new fused mon
4. There is no wait. When you see "..." when unfuse/fusing just keep pressing A.

This game is developed for Windows and we do not have a chromebook tutorial because we don't have chromebooks ourselves and the playerbase for it is small.

From what I have seen, people have downloaded the game and then added the game to steam as a non steam game and opened it through there.
If you are more comfortable with command line, people have installed Wine and use that to open it. Obiously the first route is better if you have steam installed

This is because you have randomized trainers turn on in Modern Mode. This is a known issue. To fix, turn off Randomized Trainers or if you want randomized trainers, play the game in classic mode

Hello, I installed the new version today, it worked first, but now it doesnt start properly anymore. I get to the Start screen where the random Pokemon normally fuse together, but there is only one Pokemon and when it reaches the middle the game freezes.

Freezing without an error message is purely from your computer. If there is an issue with the game, it would return an error and crash.

There are a handful of areas in this game that don't particularly say press enter or press A to confirm. So I advise press enter if you think it is stuck on something lol

Especially fusing pokemon, it will say fusing.... and ppl wait there on the screen. But you have to press enter to continue

Hey @languid depot! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!
