Reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet):

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in the setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn option back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

Hey @reef ridge! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

the only change is renaming "alternate launcher.exe" to "game-preloaded"

game.exe is dynamic and has been that way for a while

but the game is designed for you to just open game.exe and you are good to go. You don't have to worry about anything else. It is only if you have performance issues or play offline when you worry about the different versions.

Reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet):

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in the setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn option back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

usually when installing fresh and loading a save that is far in progress, it needs a second to redownload the sprites depending on your internet/computer

but it will index them and move them to different folders

When u pull up the keyboard there's no way to signal to the game that ur finished typing

Even if u press back to put the keyboard down, the game stops accepting other input

Altho it made fun noises when I pressed the F8 button

Aside from changing the language on the license bit if u want, u could also mention a part about installing a RAR extractor. My phone's file manager was able to extract the .zip fine but needed another app for the .rar
It was easy enough to reason that I needed a RAR extractor without the guide telling me tho so I don't think that's a big deal

It does not seem to work for some weird reason, i play on this Asus ROG ally thing (like steamdeck but with windows 11 basicly) and i wanted to move over the savegame from my normal pc.

Yeah so not much we can do game wise, you’d have to find a way to remap from the rog itself. The game only assigns buttons to controllers and that is all it takes. Can’t remap. If the keybinding isn’t resetting, that is hard to troubleshoot since controllers aren’t handled in the game

If you can set a profile you can do a InfiniteFusion remap just for that game

Hey @sterile pivot! The game isn't made to be played on mobile! You can try to use Joiplay to run it, but the game will likely be very slow and glitchy.

Nothing can likely be done about issues experienced on mobile, unfortunately, but you must use the plugin versions listed in the guide or else it won't work at all.

No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.
