If you click to the right empty spot of InfiniteFusion it will give you a path you can copy of where your folder is

Preloaded is better for low end pcs, laptops and older systems. Game is the default.

Both use the same sprites, its just for you to play preloaded you need to have all the sprites.

Hello. Just updated to the latest version. Noticed something immediately after choosing New Game + with randomizer settings. My Pokemon keep swapping to random other sprites of the appropriate Pokemon. (Ex: Pidgey sprite becomes a different Pidgey sprite each time I hover over it in my box and in battles) This is also affecting the fusions, changing their sprites to look VERY different sometimes. Is there a way to fix this?

I keep getting this message seemingly randomly when I go to check sprites while scrolling through the dex
I didnt used to get this when I originally played the save back in around 5.1.3.7, but i've tried to update the sprites/game version twice and now i'm getting this error at random almost constantly whenever i check dex sprites.

I have 3 different files of the game, one un-updated with new sprites(still in version 5.1.3.7), one updated/downloaded with the online uploader, and one downloaded directly from megaman's video (6.0.4) to bypass the issue (which was also an issue someone else brought up in bug reports)

Reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet):

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn option back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

yeah just means your computer can't pull the sprites. Only way to fix that we are aware of it:

1. Use the full game files provided that has all the sprites.
2. Install sprites using the sprite installer or preloaded .zip
3. Try resetting sprite pull (this is the only one that is dependant on your setup)

so it seems the first time it loads everything correctly, but once you back out and reenter into the sprite list it has an increased chance of crashing as you scroll
it's even more problematic considering in order to change confirm changing a sprite, it boots you back into the dex menu

after the intro video, it confirmed the thousands of sprites imported. it then told me new default controls had been added, and to relaunch the game. it never gave me the option to relace old sprites.

that there was already a git repo in the folder where you are trying to install (from the previous failed install). I think this is not a big deal, but you could clean the folder if you wanna be sure.

what worries me most is the "disconnect while reading sideband packet" error and "curl closed" error. leads me to believe it was an internet drop

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.

It's more or less just a knock-on effect of ignoring what is meant by preloaded

The game needs all those files to be present on boot because it's trying to load them all at once when u start the game

If it can't find any given file it was expecting, it can't preload properly

Reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet):

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in the setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn option back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

1. Click settings from the top right
2. Click troubleshoot.
3. Click repair game.
4. It should start reinstalling.

Be patient. Especially if you are using Alt Launcher. It is known to have slow load times until you get to the game menu. This is where sprite images are being indexed and sorted. Depending on your internet and computer, this can take some time.

This also occurs if you are messing with the game window while it is loading

Let it run, don't touch it.

it just started happening after i crashed. Everything was working fine until i tried to fuse two pokemon together, (cant remember which ones) and then it froze for a long time so I closed my game and now this is happening

is there a solution to loading times? I have been letting it run and i got into the game about 10 minutes ago, but have barely done anything because anytime anything happens Im stuck loading for multiple minutes. I fought a trainer and it loaded for 2 minutes between each pokemon, and i caught a pokemon and it loaded for about 2 minutes after catching before nicknames
