My personal preference is to play this game with Game.exe with download sprites on + the importing the sprites. You still benefit from the performance boost from importing all the sprites without the preloaded sprite bugs

not all sprites are released or in the game. so on preloaded it has some invisible pokemon or pokemon with no sprites showing.

Can anyone explain how to change an ultra necrozma fusion sprite? I fused necrozma and arceus because the ultra fusion looked sick but when it form changes it goes to the auto generated sprite not the custom. Couldn't find a dex entry either to change it that way. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @fast fern! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Hey all, little confused and need some help. Played IF a couple of months ago and just now getting back into it, but with the newest version I'm running into massive loading times on start up and before/after battles. Got a pretty beefy rig (can give specs if requested), so I was wondering if there was something I could do to solve it. Is preloaded just the answer here?

1. The performance of the Game **largely **depend on your pc and internet. Most Laptops are **struggling **because of the 6.x update. Old computers struggle too.
2. If your game is in a OneDrive folder, turn it off. This game lags hard with OneDrive.
3. Best way to reduce lag is downloading sprites yourself. The more sprites you have, the less it needs to connect to the internet to download them.

• The optimized version of the game is "game-preloaded" but this requires you to download **ALL **the sprites from the pinned instructions on the top right of the tech support channel. Click the Shortcut -> #tech-support message

4. If the game is still slow after using game-preloaded, you need to make computer upgrades.

Hey @polar cedar! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

hi there, I need some help getting the game to work on my computer. Since I have a Chromebook, I decided to run it through Linux, more specifically Wine since everywhere I've looked into says Wine is the best way. I have Wine installed, I have Infinite Fusion downloaded but now....nothing, I'm stuck, I can't seem to get it to run no matter what, I've tried moving IF through several locations, none of which work, this is my last resort lol apologies if this isn't the place to ask or anything, just joined the server to try and get this issue resolved

It does not have controller support but if you use a controller it does try assigning buttons to the controller. But you can’t remap the buttons unless you use Joy2Key or play the game through steam as a non steam game

Anyone have a fix to this I’ve recently deleted my save files as well as re e installed the game as well as a lot of sprites are mixing I’m not good at the tech stuff

You need to reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet):

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn option back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

yeah the updater will make changes with your files if it detects it doesn't match the latest version. So it had to detect something OR the .git folder was missing/deleted so it prompted to reinstall and giving you issues creating files

@blazing python If your on joiplay you long tap on the game icon and then tap optimize maps joiplay will then optimize thw maps to prevent rendering issues and that fixes the graphic bug without the patch!!

In the sprite importer tool I show an error when people have their game path with a folder in it with a space. For some reason ppl take that as rename other folders with spaces to remove it. I guess I’ll improve the error message

So you can't have multiple saves randomized differently
