Don't randomize items [you might get soft locked out of something...like catching pokemon]

Not sure what to do with this error. Looks like I'm missing something, tried the Update Man and have also re-installed/updated. Interesting note not sure if its related, whenever I do an install or update, I get a error in the prompt telling me that it could not find a file called species.zip in the data folder. What do you mean by “opens rar on me”? When you open the link it should take you to google drive and there is a download button. The file is 1.2 gb and should download to your computer unless you have some weird onedrive setup

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.

@blazing python YOOOOO I FIXED IT. after you get the latest plugin (i think as of this msg, its 1.20.41 for joiplay version 1.20.032 since july 1st of 2023) you have to edit the game information in joiplay, then select plugin type, and change the default from RPG Maker XP to RPG Maker (mkxp-z)

and then it gives you instructions to allow access for the plugin apk like when you first install joiplay

So J had version 5.2 and haven’t played in months. Decided to jump back into it and seen the sprites were all gone and the sound was as well. I tried updating it by going to Media Fire and downloaded the 6.0.2 joiplay and the transferred all my files over to the old folder and then just replaced anything with the same name. It started up and then after about 10 seconds I get this error code. Anyone know what to do?🤔

Yeah it is a large file but you will get performance improvements from it as well if you play using game-preloaded since you don’t have to pull them from the internet

Hey @glossy jasper! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Hey @solar lintel! The game isn't made to be played on mobile! You can try to use Joiplay to run it, but the game will likely be very slow, glitchy, or downright unplayable.

Hey @open stone! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

In my experience the Nintendo pro controller has been the worst for steam deck. I like Xbox/ps5 better. My pro controller disconnects or something emulators don’t pick it up as nicely when playing like Mario party with multiple connected. The Nintendo controller Lea always struggles

After the opening credits of the gengar and nidoran it will black screen and a occasional it will go to the main screen where the two random Pokémon fuse but it freezes mid fuse and is stuck

There isn’t a final version of the game if that is what you are asking. New updates come out about weekly with bug fixes
