Hey @timid lark! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

are you extracting the whole archive? if so then it should be in the game's folder so not inside graphics

and so the result should be that you end up with one single graphics folder

The normal game downloads the sprite directly from the internet - needing you to be connected to the internet if you don't want to only see white question mark blobs

The preloaded server doesn't need internet and is reportedly faster, but you need to manually install the sprites

Not sure. The Launcher has 100% worked for me since release, but not for others. Most ppl get a crash when installing which I cannot reproduce. Also the update code doesn't work so you have to use the settings button and click repair. There is a bug where that deletes your whole folder and installs a new one. It even deletes your sprites. Dev said that might be fixed, but I haven't verified lol

So this doesn't work. A lot of ppl are not having their game update to the latest version when they open or close the launcher. They have to go through the settings icon on the top right and click repair game. There should probably be an update button to at least attempt to update the game. If there is no update, then return a message that you are on the latest version already. Or make the launcher tell the user there is a new update and that it needs to update

There is no install button with those files. The launcher has an install button. But not the batch file that you were running on the screen you have to pick one or the other to install the game.

I'm getting some nasty slowdown on some fusion pokemon, some of which don't have custom sprites, mostly when I hover over them in pokemon PC or try to move them, and occasionally when I send 'em out in battle.
I've downloaded the spritepack, launched through the altlauncher, turned off the downloading sprites from internet option and still the ingame PC is lagging.
The combos that are lagging; Magnezone (head) / Pineco (Body), Raichu (Head) / Scolipede (Body), Drifblim (Head) / Vigoroth (Body.)
I have Debug mode on, and I'm playing on windows 11
