When you reinstall, just don't add any packs. You don't need them anyway. The game will get all of the sprites on its own when you play.

Lots of people have been having trouble after installing a sprite pack.

Hey @mortal forum! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

You see how the error says the file that's not found is Graphics/Battlers/102/102.121.png ? There should be hundreds of sprites in Graphics/Battlers/102, if there isn't then the sprites are in the wrong place.

While it does work in virtualized windows environments, your VM or virtual video hardware must support opengl2.
Don't know enough about Parallels on that front. Maybe something could be configured. Maybe ask around in Mac communities.

I would try to rename the save folder in AppData/ Roaming and if the game still doesn't run, name it back and do a fresh install to a new folder.

Hello! First of all, I apologize, my question concerns the mobile version of the game.
I know that the game is not adapted for phones, I still did some research... But maybe Maybe some people had the same problem as me, and managed to solve the problem one way or another.
So here is.

I just launched the game (game.exe), normally everything is OK. Joiplay, the RPG Maker plugin....
The loading moment passes, then the little animation arrives, and at the end of the latter... poof! There is this error displayed (image).
I was going to launch the alternate launcher... except it's not there! It's supposed to be right next to the game.exe, but I don't see it... it's in another folder maybe?
Seems weird to me if that's the case. So. So if anyone has a solution... I know that errors are common on the mobile version since the game is not adapted, so I don't have too many illusions. Unfortunately, that's all I have. X ')

-> My phone Samsung Galaxy A10 (if it has any use. Someone told me my phone might be too old, but I'll take my chances here anyway.)

Looking at the script, I think I would've just had to unzip the one zip file

I am sitll having this customer battlers issue.

I'll run you through the exact process.
1.I downloaded the game extracted files etc
2. I installed.
3. I launched the regular game.
4. I closed the game, added the sprite pack, and then launched the game again.
5. I then close the game and launch the alternate launcher and it works for a bit but then eventually crashes with an error stating that I'm missing some of the custom battlers sprites.

What am I doing wrong here that the Alternate Game will continue to crash?

Hey @feral kraken! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

The error message is saying the game cannot create the folder named "indexed" at that path. You need to go to Graphics/CustomBattlers/ and then right inside the folder and select New, and select Folder. Then rename it to indexed and it should resolve that issue.

When you extract the sprites, you should have a Graphics folder. Inside that there should be a handful of folders. Go to the folder where your game is, and go to your graphics folder and then copy them over

Look at pinned message. You need to download the Sprite pack and extract it. When you extract the sprites, you should have a Graphics folder. Inside that there should be a handful of folders. Go to the folder where your game is, and go to your graphics folder and then copy them over

Hey @sterile pivot! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.
