The most recent sprite I've made that was added in this way was a custom Krookodile base made just before midnight August 1st. However, there was a significant number of sprites I made before that Krookodile base that were not added to the game or the site (all of which are listed below). Where would I go to figure out why they were not added, to correct authorship on if.daena.me if incorrect, or to ensure they're added for the next sprite pack?

I had that problem too, close joiplay and the rpgmaker apps, open joiplay and press and hold the game icon, when the options menu pops up for it, press optimize maps, and it should fix it. If it crashes during the conversion @ me for that and I'll walk you through it

Game seems to have trouble detecting all of the sprites to index after downloading the list of custom sprites. It will index some, but not all of them, leaving blank icons. If they were pre indexed in the download, I don't think it would be an issue.

Custom sprites? Apparently it isn't creating the numbered file folders under indexed in CustomBattlers like it's supposed to. If you go in and create the folder, then it will load the sprites into that folder.

You can help yourself by reading the pinned messages first

According to rayiscrazyngl and one of the pinned messages in this channel. The solution may sadly be to delete your save file.
You can of course try a fresh install of the game or a different launcher first if you like.
Rename C:Users/AppData/Roaming/InfiniteFusion to something else, then continue to the point in the game you were before. If you can proceed, you have found the problem.

Hey @acoustic cave! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Personally, if files were disappearing from my PC on their own, my first steps would be checking disk health with Crystaldiskinfo, quick formatting the drive, and then reinstalling windows from scratch.

If you're missing custom sprites even after downloading the file with them and placing it in CustomBattlers, it has trouble indexing them unless you manually create the numbered files (1-420).

Basically, copy your save file somewhere safe. Delete everything within the game folder except the installer .bat and the associated file and run the .bat to have it install fresh. Then put your save file back where it was.

download the Windows powershell app from the windows store. It's free. Find where the indexed folder (Graphics/CustomBattlers/indexed that is mentioned in the error log) and copy that in place of x in the string I have posted. Run powershell and paste that string in it and hit enter. It will put all 420 folders you need.

I'm not even sure what's going on there. I'd recommend a fresh installation, see if that works. Just backup your savefile and paste it back in after reinstalling. And I mean a full install, deleting all the folders, not just updating.

Hello. I am having an issue with starting a new game on this version. Every time I start a new game this error message appears. My save file doesn't load after this so I'm forced to make a new game again. I haven't been able to properly play the game once after updating. I've deleted everything and installed again and that hasn't helped. I saw up in the thread that you could apparently use Powershell to make your game work right. Is there a line of code that i can paste to fix this?

Unfortunately, that string is just for fixing the invisible custom sprites issue. If deleting everything and redownloading doesn't solve your issue, I'm not sure what would, but one of the admins might.

Odd. My PC is mediocre and runs it fine. Initial boot is slow (better with regular game launcher than the alt for me) but works just fine after that. Sometimes it'll sputter a bit, but that's to be expected.

I extracted the Sprites.zip so that the folders merged properly + turned the download option off and on again, like the pin says to, but still getting the ? circle for autogens. Am I missing smth else needed for it to work? Running 5.3.0.4 on dynamic/normal launcher, fwiw (would really rather not update unless I have to, given the amount of bugs introduced in newer versions)

the normal version dynamically downloads sprites as needed if you have an internet connection.
if you plan to play without a connection, you may want the preloaded ver. then you can worry about sprites.

I'd do a fresh install of the newer version to a new folder. Your save is elsewhere so you could hop between versions if you like

So the custom sprites are pulled from the internet. The randomizer uses sprites that are in your folders to randomize the game. But you don't have any custom sprites really. Until you encounter that pokemon and download the sprites. That's why there are sprite packs so the game doesn't have to download those sprites

I checked, I think I had all the sprites except the few I was missing, I noticed I was missing a couple so I figured I should download the sprite pack

Hello all! I successfully played infinite fusion before, however I previously deleted it from my computer and am trying to reinstall it. However, the installer nor updater works, appearing to do nothing when I run them. Does anyone have any advice that may help? It probably hasn't applied correctly. Try installing the game completely new in an empty folder. I bet it still won't work. Post a screenshot of the cmd window here.

This sounds like a driver error or dieing hardware. Can you run a 3D benchmark without the game crashing?
The latest version is 5.3.1. I always suggest the latest version but doubt it will fix your particular issue.

Hey @wet burrow! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .exe file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

I've setted the stuff up on joyplay by choosing the mobile zip, and place both launcher.exe into the spot, but both of them have a permanent loading screen

Hey @sterile pivot! The game isn't made to be played on mobile! You can try to use Joiplay to run it, but the game will likely be very slow, glitchy, or downright unplayable.

That one is very outdated you should try the one from their patreon

While your there you should also get the rpg maker plug in that's on the patreon cause the one on Google play is outdated aswell

Also make sure to Uninstall the Google play version of both joiplay and rpg maker plugin

If it is only infinite fusions doing this you should try closing and reopening it or turning off and turning back on the computer I have no clue what would cause green lines like that so these solutions may not work
