im having a problem where i updated my game to the most recent update, and then loaded my old save, and everything works except the wild pokemon encouters, static encounters work, picking up items work, trainer battles work, the only thing that doesn't work is encountering wild pokemon, is there a way i can un-update?

with updating. i dont want to lose my graphics folder while updating. so when i let the update software do its thing i worry my hard worked on graphics folder gets changed here and there. so... is it safe to copy the whole graphics folder over to soemwhere else, then let it update. and then switching it out?

Hey so I've been dealing with super long load times between battles and environments and when I went to use the ALT launcher this showed up.

Hey question, I downloaded the Full Sprite pack but I still have battles where no mons come up; I just see the empty placeholder sprite (not the black and white one). It almost looks like when I use pursuit the attack goes 'under' the attack stage. Any idea if I'm just missing sprites, and how to get the full pack?

Hey @echo tide! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Hey @jade tiger! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

The new update didn't work for me so I decided to reinstall everything and now it wouldn't work.

Hey @inner arrow! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

I started a new game in 5.3.0 and the fusion sprites are a white circle with a question mark and I ran in the grass for a few minutes and never got an encounter. I shut off download custom sprites and used the update man to fix the game, but it didn't help. My first completed playthrough still works. Just not my second.

Recently got PIF working on my Steam Deck ("mobile" zip cuz that had an actual exe I coukd add to Steam) only to see A LOT of fusions with just the placeholder white question mark.
