Hey @swift cove! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Hey there! I posted this in the bug reports, but I'm hopeful I may be able to get some help here, but if not, that is ok, I'll just hold out. Just came across this problem and I regret not taking a screenshot of the error, but it looks like many have had a similar message. I have version 5.3.0.4 (edit as of 12 minutes later: I updated to 5.3.0.5. Save file still not reading.) and I had gone to the radio tower to play the "Guess the Fusion" game, but chose to exit after the first one. I then moved on to the Battle Factory and it attempted to save my game, and at that point, it crashed. I tried to restart the game, however, it no longer recognizes my save file. The folder still exists, and the "File A.rxdata" file still exists as well, but the game isn't reading it. Did I royally screw up, or can this be fixed?

What you both should do, is work together to write up a small paragraph stating what you see and what you just told me, with languages, windows edition, and solutions you've tried. If you look at the second line, you can see it says "no such file or directory". In this case, it's a custom graphic, but either way.

That's usually a sign of a botched download / install. The way to fix that would be to completely remove Infinite Fusion, redownload it, and make sure you follow the instructions step-by-step.

For anyone playing on a linux based system e.g. steam deck ignore the batfiles and use the .sh files.
run the commands in the unzipped folder directory

sed $'s/\r$//' git_clone.sh > linux_install.sh

then run

chmod u+x linux_install.sh

and finally

./linux_install.sh

Afterwards I would recommend moving the folder it creates called infinitefusion-eXX (XX is placeholder for whatever latest version is) to a location that is not within downloads just in case so it doesnt get deleted just like a Games folder within your home user directory.

Finally use Lutris to add locally installed game. Game may crash on first launch with preloaded textures but seems to work fine afterwards.

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

So my save file appears to have gotten corrupted when my computer crashed and now when I start it doesnt have the load option and starting a new game leads to this. I confirmed by moving my save file and making a new game and saving that so i would have the load option that my save file is corrupted and it offered to delete my file. If you have the following error:
´´Windows cannot find '.\version_control\PortableGit\git-bash.exe' ´´
It might be because the files were removed by your Anti-Virus
Or you have the extracted files put on your Desktop or Downloads folder, instead of a C drive or other.

if you get "Cannot stat './git_pull.sh': No such file or directory. It is because you are trying to use the update.bat on an installation from before the new method was introduced.
Create a new folder, extract your ZIP in there. And run install.bat for a new installation. Your save file will stay intact

For anyone on Phone, you cannot run the new "Install.bat" on your phone. You have to get a Windows device, to extract the files to then move the new version on your phone.

Hey @vapid nexus! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

Your save files are in a different folder, separate from the game's folder. Even deleting the game and downloading an updated version shouldn't wipe out your save data (assuming you have already done a full install). Or... Well... At least it did not wipe out my files when i did it.. And to update the game you can use this patcher called "UPDATE":

Also, I think there is a way to just patch the game manually as well (As opposed to deleting and installing a new version or using UPDATE.bat), but i'm not sure where you can download JUST the patch.
