The randomizer settings for Pokemon seem to mostly not do anything. The only ones that work as they should are the starters, and the global/area toggle. All my gift/trade Pokemon are vanilla. All my static encounters are vanilla. I still get auto-generated sprites in the wild when I have "Custom Sprites Only" enabled and "Fuse Everything" disabled. Refreshing the randomizer settings or reshuffling the wild Pokemon pool doesn't seem to help at all.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Idk if this helps but I also had an old save file that was smack dab in the middle of the badge 7-8 questline, I needed to go into the store in goldenrod, but right before that I stoped playing and then recently got the latest version. the whole mt. ember questline wasn't there and fix man couldn't help me. I redownloaded a version of the game before 5.1 and while I did lose some progress, I was back at the same point I left off and the questline was working again. it was a lot better than losing the whole save file

Hey @light remnant! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Mkay. I guess the word transferring is confusing me. If you download 5.1.3.3 and play it. Then update the game to 5.1.3.4, you don't have to do anything with the save. You just keep playing it

When I fuse pokemon when not custom sprites appear in the game it freezes for five minutes or so, while it does not crash is annoying does anyone know why this happens. I repeat it's with Fusions that do not have custom sprites when I fuse them evolve or when I find them in the wild. Also it happens to when they appear on the dex.

Hey @velvet bear! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

There are cheats. You can use cheat engine. But no there really isn't a way to get your save back. You can right click the save and go into its properties. There's an area about previous versions. If it saved an older version of itself, you can revert it back
