Hey, I'm a little confused about the light version of the game. Does it automatically download any of the custom sprites people have made, or just the ones in the base game? And is it possible to use the additional custom sprites in the light version?

Alright so yesterday I installed Wine on my mac and was able to run Infinite Fusions perfectly fine. Afterward my mac updated and restarted. Today I tried launching Infinite Fusions but it kept giving me this message. I have uninstalled both Wine and Infinite Fusions twice now and nothing has changed. Does anyone have any idea of how I can solve this problem?

Hey, I posted this in the bug reports channel as well but I'm not sure if that was the right venue to ask about it. So I closed my game during startup, and now when I start up the game seems to be spamming random inputs. Here's a short video about it.

Hi there, me and a friend are trying to both play the game at the moment. Everything is running fine for me and as far as I can tell we both installed the base game and the sprite pack correctly as we followed the same steps together. Having "Download sprites" on in options for me doesn't impact the game whatsoever and everything runs fine, but for him whenever he enters a battle or checks a pokemon's summary in the dex it causes his screen to go black and load for around 5 minutes every single time. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Or any idea what is causing this issue?

Usually this is hardware related. Turning off download sprites and turning on DNA icons in options help with unburdening the load but turning off download sprites defeats the purpose of the lite version

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
5. Redownload and re-extract the game in full.

Hello ! I recently switched my game file to random pokemon encounters, now my game freezes everytime I encounter a fusion, try to look at/move/do anything with that said fusion
I don't have these issues with my normal team, that I got without the randomizer
I already changed the fusion sprites to the DNA symbol - but even the pokedex entry for that fusion is freezing the game - are there any solutions?

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

I don't know this for sure, but it might be your hardware. I've been trying to get the game to run on a galaxy s9 for a couple days with the same 20-30sec load time problems. The same exact build runs perfect on my s20, so I think it's a hardware issue. Your graphics card has 1/3 the processing power compared to the one in my phone.

That's a general zip error. It typically means one of three things: you're unzipping to a bad location, or you started unzipping before the file was done being downloaded, or your file didn't download all the way.

My BF has two laptops that he's played this game on. On the newer laptop with a gen 11 i5 CPU, 8 GB of ram, and running on an NVME SSD, whenever he tries to enter a building, get into a battle, or change location in a cutscene, his game generally freezes on a black screen for a solid 10-20 seconds. To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

Hey @forest solstice! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

This isn't causing me a problem per se, playing through infinite fusion and I've got to Celadon for the first time. But there's this weird Kakuna sprite just randomly here and when I talk to it, I get this? Clicking OK just let's me carry on, but I just wondered if there was something to this or not?

yes, the black background will show up in game. You need to edit the sprite so it has a transparent background.

It was there for testing a feature, but accidentally left in 5.1.3.1. If you update to 5.1.3.3 it'll be gone.

This error usually means it doesn't detect any sprite packs, so it can't generate an encounter list. You need to manually install a sprite pack or play the game a while normally before it will work.

That's because the game has a lot of data to load between zones. You can try the alternate launcher - it preloads all the data and keeps it in ram, which usually front-loads all the load times in the game and makes the rest of the game run more smoothly.
